Job Summary: Provides direct supervision to your assigned ride Hosts, Hostesses. Oversees the daily operation of your designated area. Works with Leads and Seasonal Supervisors to achieve departmental goals. This position is designed for the individual to learn necessary skills to be a Seasonal Ride Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides on-site supervision of line Host & Hostess to ensure compliance with established operating policies and procedures.

Job Description: Duties will include picking up tills and keys at the Merchandise office. Employee is responsible for picking up and counting money at Cash Control, carrying to location, using a safe or drop box. Operate cash register, credit card machine, pricing machine and pricing gun, pin-tagger, and tagger gun. Interact with guests, display merchandise, take inventory, stocking, use a dumbwaiter and dolly and keep location clean.

VIP TOUR GUIDE

Job Summary: As a VIP Tour Guide for Six Flags Magic Mountain, you will be the ultimate authority on all things related to the park, at least in your Guest’s eyes! You will spend the day with our Guests, and you will be on-stage all the time! They will look to you for their questions. They will expect you to know all the answers – and if you don’t at least you’ll know where to find them! You will become a group’s “best” friend for a day and provide the VIP with an experience that they will remember forever.

Reports to: VIP Tour Supervisor, Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador for the park to private groups and families.

• Assist VIP Tour Supervisor in any Hospitality/Tours needed.

• Contact VIP group within 24 hrs of booking.

• Be at Main Gate Turn-Around upon Guests Arrival.

• Follow all Labor Codes and Regulations.

• Always have a Can-Do and Positive Attitude.

• Follow Six Flags Tour Guide Grooming Guidelines.

IT Ready State Support Tech

We are looking for an IT Ready State Support Tech to join our team providing support for our employees and guest at multiple locations

throughout our park. Primary duties will be handling our Ready State Reverse ATM’s while assisting the Local IT department when

needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to calls via phone and/or radio

• Provide support for ready state reverse ATMs in theme park and water park.

• Resolve common ATM malfunctions including clearing cash acceptor and receipt paper jams.

• Service card dispenser – correcting common card dispenser issues.

• Assist the IT department when needed

• Provide On-Premise Tier 1 technical support for park staff when not handling park ATM’s

• Utilize an incident tracking system to document issues, work completed, resolution, and time spent. Must be thorough as this

data may be used to benefit staff company-wide in recreating an issue for diagnostics on other properties or sharing

solutions.

• Monitor, maintain, and routinely service computer systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, printers, ticketing system, audio,

telephone, and network infrastructure.

• Support, diagnose and resolve issues including, but not limited to: software, hardware, and network issues. Escalate to

Corporate Support Teams or 3rd Party Vendors as appropriate.

• Maintain asset inventory of electronic hardware and software.

• Other duties as directed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have a valid CA driver’s license and able to meet company driving guidelines

• Must have experience in the field of Information Systems.

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills for interfacing with employees, guests, and park management.

• Must have a high-level attention to detail.

• Individual must be curious, process orientated, self-motivated and somewhat creative (process improvement

recommendations).

• Must be able to work independently, yet maintain great relationships with peer team and cross-team members.
