STATION ELEVEN by Emily St. John MandelWednesday, March 7, 7:00-8:30 pmA catastrophic virus spreads suddenly throughout the world and kills approximately two thirds of the population. This story shifts from the very beginning when patients report to hospitals and then 20 years later, when a generation has grown up without knowing what the world was like before the virus struck. The world is vastly changed but among the survivors, there is still the desire to maintain culture, kindness and dignity. A troupe of actors and musicians travel to the few remaining communities to perform and maintain the idea that “survival is insufficient.”

Un grupo de actores y músicos viajan a los pocos pueblos donde existen sobrevivientes para presentar espec-taculares y mantener el concepto que ‘sobrevivir no es suficiente.’
