Smit Terry LoomFor terry towel productions. Patented system for a first rate terry quality of pile formation by slay motion that ensures the gentlest treatment of warp yarns called Dynamic Pile Control. The electronic pile control allows to switch from one pick ratio to another while machine is running to create unique relief patterns and effects like pile waveforms.

Smit Monorapier LoomFor sophisticated fabrics. Monogripper designed machine to produce the most sophisticated fabrics, with fancy/irregular weft yarns for fashion and bolting cloth in the field of technical applications.

Smit Dobby LoomFor classic fabrics. Advanced mechanical design and technological parameters minimize stress on the weft and on warp yarns. Free flight carbon composites ribbons without hook guides system provides the fastest weaving width change, high textile efficiency and top fabric quality even with the most delicate yarn fabrics. The drawing is referred to a loom for shirts productions.

Santex is at the forefront of technology for textile finishing of knitted fabrics such as cotton, blended cotton and viscose. The goal of Santex is maximizing performances at low energy to achieve low residual shrinkage, soft-hand feel and luster on surfaces of textiles.

Many of the most world famous fashion houses are relying on the know-how of Santex which was founded in Switzerland in 1982.

WE HAVE DEEP

KNOW-HOW

NovaThe best cleaning solution for woven warp-knit, circular knit fabrics, synthetic and stretch synthetic fabrics for swimwear, active-wear, underwear, automotive and technical textile applications. Solvent scouring process completely controlled closed loop circuit and huge water saving.

Decofast 3.5New concept of continuous decatizing under pressure characterized by a machine section in which the fabric is submitted to the action of direct steam with pressure settable at different levels up to 3 bars. Very effective especially when treating elastic fabrics woven and knit. Suitable to reach exciting finishing effects for wool, polyester/viscose, silk, rayon, synthetics and their blends.

UniversaVaporizing, relaxation, shrinking and bulking process for woven and knit articles, without tension and with low steam consumption. Innovative design and flexibility of use. Fast cleaning and cheap maintenance thanks to innovative automatic opening of vaporizing section.

PlanaHigh performance characteristics thanks to atmospheric plasma continuous treatment: fabrics weattability enhancement, anti-shrinkage for wool fabrics and fibers, surface activation without chemicals. Water and energy saving, less color needed to treat fibers, faster heating phase and lower temperature of dyeing liquid.
