• Before class begins, we are going to take a moment to observe Patriot's Day, which is today, September 11. Patriot's Day is a day to remember the 2,977 lives lost in terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. Students across the state of Texas will all be observing a moment of silence this morning in honor of those who gave their lives on that day. We will now observe a minute of silence.
