Leading the marine warranty and marine engineering business in line with the company Vision, Mission and Values.

Derrick Structural Analysis– Horizon,UAE (North Sea - 2015)

1st party engineering task, structural analysis of the derrick. The derrick was designed to be non-vessel specific as such the connection to the vessel deck is flexible to suit various vessel particulars. The drill rig was designed to be transported and operated either over a moon-pool or cantilevered over side of an offshore vessel operating at North Sea.

Wasit Offshore Development Project – Saipem, UAE (Saudi-2013/2016)

Marine Warranty services of the load out, transportation, and offshore transportation of the offshore facilities (14 platforms / 12 pipelines). The structures were fabricated, and transported from Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia to the installation location @ Wasit field, offshore Saudi. Weights of jackets and topsides commonly vary from 3500 mT to 5600 mT .Average lengths of 16’’, 24,32’’ pipelines exceed 100Km.

Transportation of CTS & MGC cranes–TGPC, UAE (Iraq, Iran-2014/2016)

Marine Warranty services of the load out, transportation by towage, and offloading of different types of cranes from UAE to Iraq, Iran, and Kuwait. Weights of the cranes vary from 2000 mT to 3000 mT .

DSO Offshore Project – Hyundai Heavy Indust., Korea (Houston – Nigeria) (2013-2014)

Marine Warranty services of the load out, transportation, and offshore transportation of the offshore facilities (platforms / piplaying). The structures were fabricated, and transported from Korea and USA to the installation location @ Meren field, offshore Nigeria.The installation of the GGCP jacket & piles and the float over of deck had been completed. The float over of the 8500 mT Deck was completed by the use of DP heavy lift vessel had been above the jacket slots. Rowan Jackup Wet / Dry Transportation –Rowan, UK (2014)

Scope of work comprised the loadou, transportation, and offshore installation of : Eight (8) main production platforms ( jacket, topside, helideck) Subsea spools and risers Eight (8) Triodes and satellites platforms J-tubes Pipelying Installation of two (2) main topsides ( weight 5200mT, 5650mT resp.) by

the use of catamaran offshore installation methodology, the operation had been carried out by Versa Truss - Houston , all the related motion analysis, rigging design had been verified by GLND Cairo office

Jack up rig JP-Bussel Transportation @ Cape of Good Hope from Greece to Singapore (2011)Handle the MWS of the dry towage of the MODU JP-Bussel from Greece to Singapore around the CoGH. Review the transportation manual of the rig JP-Bussel transported onto the HLV Eagle which included the following:

Motion analysis Stability Calculations Leg bending analysis Cribbing calculations Sea fastening analysis and design Structural integrity of the vessel and rig during transportation

KS-Medstar 1- Spudcan verification Carried out the required analysis and design for the MODU KS-Mestar spudcan to verify the stresses level during operation at Gulf of Suez with different environmental criteria from which it was originally designed for.

Rig Ahmed- Dry Towage Handle the MWS of the wet towage of the accommodation rig "Ahmed" which has slant legs from Tunisia to Egypt.

Hilal Platform - Structural Integrity Carried out linear and non linear analysis for the production platform Hilal 4-legged unmanned platform located offshore Egypt to consider the repair works and investigate the stresses/ strain and areas need for reinforcement

Responsible for bid/proposal input from structural, and Providing input to Project Planning Engineer to prepare Project Schedule.

Preparation of Deliverable list & Schedule, Man-hour estimate, Resource Requirement and Progress report.

Provide the technical support for the MODU fleet operating in the Middle East area. The structural group was involved with all the modifications works and upgrade projects as per the clients demands to meet the drilling operation requirements.

Extended the technical support derived to the drilling units operating in the Middle East Area to include other regions specifically at Gulf of Mexico and North Sea and different type of drilling units such as semi submersible and drilling ships ; all of that was under the umbrella of Houston and /Aberdeen offices.

Liaised directly and effectively with the other technical groups (piping, projects, marine, and maintenance) to understand the clients' requirements and provide the optimum solution.

Provide expert advisory to project teams or clients on areas with regards to work-processes, engineering philosophies & methodologies, best practices and etc with aimed to deliver quality and quick deliverables as

per clients' expectations.

Established the engineering works data base for all the projects had been carried out onboard the MODUs which operating in Middle East region.

Prepared, reviewed and approved all the technical design analysis reports and fabrications drawings to ensure they are all in order prior sending out to class approval whether to ABS or DNV.

Leading the Design Review and Progress Review meeting with Clients and associated Class authority ( ABS, DNV) until obtaining the approval

Key projects include:

Update the design of the BOP handling system, trolley beams and supporting sub base structures and lifting frames of MODU's operating in the ME area and two (2) jack ups operating at Gulf of Mexico ( Adriatic X, Highland 9, Key Singapore, Key Hawaii, Key Manhattan, 124, 141, 105, 103) & ( Adriatic I, Adriatic II).

Adriatic X - 15 K upgrade project, offshore Egypt. The SOW comprised the analysis, design, preparing the detailed drawings of the following:

New mud tank (1520 barrel) Subbase / sub structure modifications Cantilever beam strength verifications and reinforcement Equipments foundations ( agitators, mud pumps,..etc.). Access platforms. Chock and kill manifold foundations and structural modifications. Main transverse trolley beams , and secondary longitudinal handling beams.

Trolley beam CR Luigs - Drilling Ship- Mud module upgrade project, operating at Gulf

of Mexico, the SOW comprised the analysis, design, preparing the detailed drawings of the following:

Re- modelling the mud module ( five levels with the under deck mud tanks) considering the latest load conditions reports to check the

current structural integrity of the module and identify the areas which need for reinforcement.

Design the new casing rack above the top of mud module. Design the required reinforcement of the ship main deck. Submitting all the design reports, drawings to ABS Houston, and attending the technical meeting there until getting the class pproval.

Jack Ryan - Drilling ship- at AKPO Field- West Africa - design of the boat landing and access to the main deck - considering the crew boat dimensions and minimum/maximum draft . The design report and succeeding drawings had been approved by ABS- Houston.

Adriatic II- Jack up-operating at Gulf of Mexico- Cantilever beam load chart update.

Grand Banks, Semi submersible rig- at Azerbaijan- designs the well test equipments foundation. The design reports and detailed drawings had been approved by DNV- Aberdeen

Rig 103- Jack up- operating at AUE- Global hull analysis to verify the impact of removing one brace (extended from the machinery deck to the main deck).

The analysis and succeeding design of the reinforcement had been approved by ABS- Houston.

Highland 9, Rig 103- Jack ups - operating at AUE- Upgrade project at Lamprell shipyard- the upgrade scope comprised third (3) mud pump installation and foundation design, mouse hole modifications, BOP trolley beams, helideck repair, rig floor modifications.

Labrador- Jack up - Operating at North Sea- Stabbing Board installation on the rig's derrick -Design of the permanent supports and verifying the structural integrity of the derrick due to the stabbing board reactions.

Jack Ryan - Drilling ship- Operating at Gulf of Mexico- Accommodation upgrade- modelling the accommodation (five stories) plus the additional cabins to verify the stresses level and identify the areas need to reinforcement.

Key Manhattan- Jack up- Operating offshore Egypt, Shale shaker modelling and re-design to consider all the modification works done and deviation from original design.

Rig 103- Jack up- operating at AUE- Legs repair, due to some cracks propagation in the port leg diagonal brace at levels 8,11...it included finite element analysis to verify the stresses level of the rig's legs under different load cases considering the most extreme environmental conditions. Providing the repair methodology.

Replace the existing rig water tower onboard all the Jack ups fleet operating at Middle East area and most of the Jack ups operating at Gulf of Mexico by the Raw Reel Water System, and that was after obtaining the approval of ABS-Houston. The scope comprised the design of services platforms.

Explorer - Drilling ship- Operating at North Sea- design the foundation of the Drill Line Spool frame support, required reinforcement of the ship structures.

Mexico. Analyzing and design the Coiled tubing reel platform with capacity 240 Kips.

Rig 105- Jack up - Operating at Egypt - Lifeboat platforms on port and stbd sides in accordance with ABS, and SOLAS rules, and regulations.

Rig 124- Jack up - Operating at Egypt - Wet Towage from Egypt to Tunisia the scope of work comprised the design of SMIT brackets, under deck stiffening, leg bending moment analysis, bollard pull calculations.

of the metallic bay of underground metro Bridge, prepared the design and work shop drawing of the bay, follow up during the fabrication and erection phase.

Suez Stadium- Football Playground Lighting Tower and its piled foundation (2000).

Hanging Church Repair / Revamping Works (2000) - design all the steel works required to support the ancient church wall.

Opera Aida- Movie / Portable Theatre (2000) - Analyse and design of the metallic movie / portable theatre and follow up the fabrication phase.

Markets Centralization- Suez (2001) - Analyse, design and prepared the design drawings of the steel hangers with mezzanines, access platforms of the markets which covered area more than 50,000 m2.

Pedestrians Tunnel- Down town Cairo - (2003)- Analyse, design, and preparing the design drawings of the R.C pedestrians tunnels-box shape as a part of the government resolution plan for the accumulation traffic problem at the capital downtown. Assuit Highway Bridge- Widening Steel Works- (2004)

Analyse, design , and preparing the design drawings of the widening works of the existing Assuit Highway bridge, the analysis scope comprised the structural integrity verification of the entire bridge bays, piers, columns, bearings. The widening scope covered different bridge's bays which were with different types (steel, R.C, composite sections).
