The Chairman welcomed all to the meeting, and welcomed Ms Esther POON, Senior

Community Relations Officer (Kowloon West) of the Independent Commission Against

Corruption, who attended the meeting of the Community Building Committee (“CBC”) for

the first time. He reported that Mr LAI Kin-fan, Senior School Development Officer (Yau

Tsim and Mong Kok) 1 of the Education Bureau, attended the meeting on behalf of Mrs LO

FOK Yuk-chun, and Miss Linda LEE, Assistant District Social Welfare Officer (Kowloon

City/Yau Tsim Mong) 2 (Acting) of the Social Welfare Department, attended the meeting on

behalf of Miss CHAN Chong-lai. As for the Hong Kong Police Force, Mr WONG Kai-wing,

3. The Chairman said that Items 2 to 42 were all related to the YTMDC Funds and

suggested that the items be discussed together. There was no objection. He reminded

Members to fill in the Declaration of Interests Form if necessary.

4. As regards Item 2 (Paper No. 33/2017), Members noted the financial position of the

YTMDC Funds for projects under the Community Involvement Programme as at 28 August

2017.

5. The Chairman said that according to Section 48(12) of the YTMDC Standing Orders,

the chairmen of the committees under the YTMDC should decide whether a committee

member (other than the committee chairmen) who had disclosed an interest in a matter might

speak or vote on that matter, might remain in the meeting as an observer, or should withdraw

from the meeting. He, in the capacity of the Chairman of the CBC, decided that a Member

who had disclosed an interest in a matter might speak or vote on that matter. He then asked

Members in case the Chairman of the Committee had disclosed an interest in a matter,

whether they agreed that he might speak or vote on that matter. There was no objection from

Members.

6. As for Item 3 (Paper No. 34/2017), the Chairman asked Members to endorse the

allocation of $697,258 from the YTMDC Funds for five specified organisations in the district

to organise 25 activities in the year, and to recommend the YTMDC to endorse an allocation

of $349,627 for two activities organised by two of the specified organisations in the same

phase (i.e. activities no. S01 and S10 in the Annex). There was no objection.

7. As regards Item 4 (Paper No. 35/2017), the Chairman asked Members to endorse an

allocation of $1,248,960 for 63 non-specified organisations and mutual aid committees /

owners’ corporations / owners’ committees in the district to organise 78 activities from

November 2017 to February 2018. There was no objection. The Chairman declared that he

was the chairman of the Mongkok District Residence Association and the vice-chairman of

the Yau Tsim Mong Federation of Association.

8. Items 7, 9, 14, 20 to 22, 26, 31 and 32, 34 and 35, and 37 to 41 (Papers No. 38/2017,

40/2017, 45/2017, 51/2017 to 53/2017, 57/2017, 62/2017 and 63/2017, 65/2017 and 66/2017,

and 68/2017 to 72/2017) were the funding applications for the YTMDC Funds from the

working groups and organising committees under the YTMDC as well as the committees

under the Yau Tsim Mong District Office (“YTMDO”). The amounts applied for were all

under $100,000. The Working Group on Community Funds (“WGCF”) had examined these

applications at its meeting held on 29 August 2017, and had recommended this Committee to

approve these applications. He asked Members to consider approving the said funding

applications. A summary regarding the said funding applications (Annex 1) for Members’

reference was on the table. There was no objection.

9. Items 5 and 6, 8, 10 to 13, 15 to 19, 23 to 25, 27 to 30, 33, 36 and 42 (Papers No.

36/2017 and 37/2017, 39/2017, 41/2017 to 44/2017, 46/2017 to 50/2017, 54/2017 to 56/2017,

58/2017 to 61/2017, 64/2017, 67/2017 and 73/2017) were the funding applications for the

YTMDC Funds from the working groups and organising committees under the YTMDC as

well as the committees under the YTMDO. The amounts applied for were all over $100,000.

The WGCF had examined these applications at its meetings held on 29 August and 7

September 2017, and had agreed that the CBC should be asked to recommend the YTMDC to

endorse these applications. There was no objection.

10. The Chairman asked Members whether they agreed to discuss Item 44 first as Mr Derek HUNG would have to leave the meeting early due to other commitments. There was

no objection.

Item 44: Request for Improvement to Elderly Health Care Voucher Website and

Prevention of Abuse of Vouchers


11. The Chairman said that the written response from the Department of Health (“DH”)

(Annex 2) had been emailed to Members for perusal on 4 September 2017. He then

welcomed Dr Vivian CHAN, Senior Medical and Health Officer (Community Liaison) 2 of

the DH, to the meeting.

12. Miss LEE Man-na supplemented the contents of the paper. She said that since 1

July this year, the eligibility age for the Elderly Health Care Voucher (“EHV”) Scheme had

been lowered from 70 to 65. According to the results of the 2016 Population By-Census, the

number of elderly people aged between 65 and 69 reached 380 000, while the number of

elderly people aged from 65 to 85 or above was over 1.1 million. She would like to know

how the DH could cope with the additional 380 000 eligible elderly people. In addition, she

suggested that regarding the eHealth website: (i) a search function should be provided to

shorten the time for searching information on individual doctors by the public; and (ii) the

specialist qualifications of doctors should be shown at the website.

13. Mr Derek HUNG supplemented the contents of the paper. He pointed out that: (i)

the abuse of the EHV Scheme existed; (ii) the interface of the eHealth System was quite user

unfriendly; and (iii) although the eligibility age for the EHV Scheme had been lowered to 65

and the annual voucher amount had increased to $2,000, 70% of the people interviewed still

considered that the amount was insufficient.

14. Dr Vivian CHAN responded as follows:

(i) The Government had launched the EHV Scheme since 2009. Starting from

July 2017, the eligibility age for the scheme had been lowered from 70 to 65.

The annual voucher amount was $2,000 and the maximum amount of

vouchers that could be accumulated in an account was $4,000.

(ii) The DH had been promoting the EHV Scheme to medical professionals

through the seminars and conferences organised for them, and had been

seeking assistance from professional organisations in advertising the scheme

in their newsletters/publications for members, so as to encourage more

service providers to join the EHV Scheme. As at late July 2017, the number

of service providers participating in the EHV Scheme in Hong Kong had

increased to 6 664.

(iii) In 2015 and 2016, there were 45 and 65 service providers withdrawing from

the EHV Scheme respectively. The reasons which were known included the

change of jobs and the decease of the service providers, and the close-down

of the medical institutions/clinics concerned.

(iv) The EHV Scheme aimed to subsidise elders’ use of private primary

healthcare services, and thus there was no information on the specialist

qualifications of participating doctors at the website.

(v) She would relay Councillors/Members’ suggestion of providing a search

function for the eHealth System to the unit concerned. The relevant unit

would explore ways to enhance the EHV website as appropriate to provide

convenience for the public.

(Ms Michelle TANG and Mr CHIN Chun-wing joined the meeting at 2:53 p.m.)

15. Miss LEE Man-na suggested that the DH should provide information on the service

hours of doctors at the eHealth website. She knew that some doctors would provide service

on Saturdays and Sundays, or would extend their evening service hours. If the elderly people

could find such information from the website, it could encourage them to use the relevant

services more, thereby relieving the pressure on the accident and emergency departments of

public hospitals.

16. Mr IP Siu-tak declared that he was a doctor. He and the two doctors of his

neighbouring clinics all had worried about the complication of the administrative procedures

involved in the EHV Scheme and thus had not participated in the scheme. Later, he learnt

that the procedures involved were not as complicated as what he had imagined. Hence, he

hoped that the Government would step up efforts to publicise the scheme to service providers

so as to attract their participation.

17. Mr Derek HUNG said he understood that the EHV Scheme aimed to subsidise

elders’ use of private primary healthcare services; however, the elders would choose whether

to consult general doctors or specialists according to their own conditions, and therefore there

was an actual need to show the specialist qualifications of doctors at the website. Besides, it

was revealed by the media that some service providers participating in the EHV Scheme did

not provide the discounts that could be enjoyed by general patients/customers for the elders

using EHVs. Nevertheless, the DH mentioned in the written response that only 26

complaints regarding suspected deception and/or improper voucher claims had been received

in the past two years. He hoped that the DH would conduct more random inspections to

prevent the abuse of the EHV Scheme.

18. Mr Craig JO would like to know when the DH paid the service providers of the

EHV Scheme. He said that the relevant procedures could show the administrative expenses

involved.


(i) She would relay Councillors/Members’ suggestion of providing a search

function and information on doctors’ specialist qualifications at the website

to the unit concerned.

(ii) She would relay Mr IP Siu-tak’s suggestion of stepping up efforts to publicise

the scheme to service providers so as to avoid their misunderstanding that the

administrative work involved was complicated.

(iii) The DH had put in place checking and auditing measures and procedures for

the EHV Scheme, including routine checking and monitoring of service

providers, and investigation of aberrant patterns of transactions of EHVs, so

as to take follow-up actions and carry out investigations. The department

would also conduct investigations into the complaints received. In the past

two years, the DH had received a total of 26 complaints regarding suspected

deception and/or improper voucher claims. Among the cases referred to the

Police for follow-up actions by the department in the past two years, no

service provider had been prosecuted for deception.

(iv) It was stipulated in the terms and conditions of the EHV Scheme Agreement

that participating service providers should ensure that the voucher amount

used by an elderly person did not exceed the fee for the healthcare service

received on a particular occasion. They should not charge the elderly any

fees for creating a voucher account or using vouchers. The DH regularly

issued the code of practice on the use of EHVs to participating service

providers, and also issued letters to remind them of the proper practices in

making voucher claims, e.g. not imposing different charges on voucher users

and non-users, enhancing the transparency of service charges as far as

possible, and explaining the charges to patients clearly at their request before

providing service.

20. Mr Craig JO asked again when the DH paid the service providers.

21. Dr Vivian CHAN responded that the department did not pay the service provider

concerned on the same day when an elderly person used a voucher. However, she did not

have the information in this regard at the moment.

22. Miss LEE Man-na said that she had made an enquiry to the DH and learnt that the

DH would pay the service provider concerned about one month after an elderly person used a

voucher. In addition, she suggested that the DH should organise more talks for the elderly or

pay more visits to elderly centres for publicity, explaining to the elders how to use EHVs or

how to prevent being overcharged by service providers, in order to avoid the welfare of the

elderly being exploited.

23. Mr CHUNG Kong-mo suggested that the DH should streamline the administrative

procedures involved in the EHV Scheme, e.g. preparing audio recordings for the frontline

staff of medical institutions/clinics to play for the elders who used EHVs, so as to give them

the information on the use of the service. Besides, some service providers offered discounts

to the elders who pay in cash, and the fees they paid were lower than the elders who used

EHVs. He wished to know whether such situation was an overcharging case.


(i) She would relay the suggestion of enhancing publicity to educate the elders to

the relevant unit.

(ii) It was stipulated in the terms and conditions of the EHV Scheme Agreement

that participating service providers should ensure that the voucher amount

used by an elderly person did not exceed the fee for the healthcare service

received on a particular occasion. She suggested the elders ask service

providers about the fees to be charged before agreeing to use EHVs.

(iii) If complaints of overcharging were received, the DH would follow up on the

cases.

25. The Chairman thanked the representative of the DH for joining the discussion on

this item.

Item 43: Calling for Enhanced Cleansing of Recreational Facilities to Ease Worries

over Head Flea Infestation


26. The Chairman said that the written response from the Leisure and Cultural Services

Department (“LCSD”) (Annex 3) had been emailed to Members for perusal on 4 September

2017. He then welcomed Mr YAU Sai-yuen, Deputy District Leisure Manager (Yau Tsim

Mong) 2 of the LCSD, to the meeting.

27. Mr Benny YEUNG supplemented the contents of the paper. He asked: (i) about the

LCSD’s investigation result of the incident that children were suspected to get head lice after

wearing the helmets of the Children Gallery of the Hong Kong Science Museum (“HKSM”);

and (ii) how the LCSD would enhance the disinfection and cleaning of leisure and cultural

facilities to ease the worries of Councillors and members of the public.

(Mr Craig JO left the meeting at 3:10 p.m.)

28. Mr YAU Sai-yuen responded that the HKSM was managed by the Cultural Services

Branch of the LCSD. As the discussion paper of this item enquired about the situations of

leisure facilities and indoor children’s playrooms, he had not obtained information from the

Cultural Services Branch on the situation of the HKSM before the meeting. If necessary, he

could seek information from the Cultural Services Branch and send the supplementary

information to the Secretariat after the meeting.

29. Ms KWAN Sau-ling enquired whether the Secretariat had referred the discussion

paper to the LCSD only a few days before the meeting, and as a result, the representative of

the LCSD could not obtain the relevant information from the branch concerned in time before

the meeting. She hoped that the LCSD would also pay attention to the cleanliness and

hygiene of its venues, leisure facilities and indoor children’s playrooms, in particular the

facilities for the use of children. The department should enhance its monitoring and cleaning

efforts to ease the worries of parents.

30. The Chairman said according to the information provided by the Secretariat, the

Secretariat had referred the discussion paper of this item to the LCSD on 21 August 2017.

31. Mr HUI Tak-leung said that the discussion paper aimed to remind the LCSD to pay

attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of its venues, leisure facilities and indoor children’s

playrooms. He hoped that the LCSD representative would explain what measures were

adopted to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses at the leisure facilities and indoor

children’s playrooms under the LCSD.

32. Mr YAU Sai-yuen noted the opinions of Members. Taking the children’s playroom

of the Tai Kok Tsui Sports Centre as an example, he said that after the 45-minute opening

time of each session, the on-site staff of the cleansing contractor disinfected the children’s

leisure facilities of the playroom with 1:99 diluted household bleach in the following 15

minutes. The children’s playroom was also temporarily closed from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and

from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for thorough cleaning and disinfection every day. Moreover, “big

cleaning days” for the Tai Kok Tsui Sports Centre were arranged on the second and the fourth

Mondays of each month, during which the cleansing contractor deployed additional staff to

carry out thorough cleaning and disinfection of the facilities of the centre, including the

children’s playroom.

33. The Chairman asked that apart from the Children Gallery of the HKSM, whether

there were leisure facilities the users of which were required to wear the helmets provided by

the department in the YTM District.

34. Mr YAU Sai-yuen replied that there were not any leisure facilities which required

the users to wear helmets in the YTM District.

35. Ms KWAN Sau-ling said that free admission to the HKSM was offered every

Wednesday, and the number of visitors of the museum was especially high on Wednesdays as

a result. Hence, she suggested that the LCSD arrange thorough cleaning and disinfection

operations for its venues and leisure facilities on the following days of the free admission days

or other peak days to maintain their good hygiene conditions.

36. Mr Chris IP said regarding the rumour that there were children suspected to get head

lice after wearing the helmets of the Children Gallery of the HKSM, the LCSD representative

only explained the general disinfection and cleaning work of the leisure facilities and indoor

children’s playrooms under the LCSD, but no response on the disinfection and cleaning of the

helmets provided by the department was made. For the venues or facilities under the LCSD

equipped with helmets, he hoped that the department would enhance the disinfection and

cleaning of the relevant equipment.

37. Mr YAU Sai-yuen responded that none of the leisure facilities under the LCSD,

including indoor children’s playrooms and outdoor children’s playgrounds, in the YTM

District required the users to wear helmets. He would relay the opinions of Ms KWAN

Sau-ling and Mr Chris IP to the Cultural Services Branch.

38. The Chairman thanked the representative of the LCSD for joining the discussion on

this item.

Item 45: Any Other Business:

─ Inspection of Activities Held by First-time Applicants

39. The Chairman said that in the current phase of funding applications, there were three

activities organised by first-time applicants, including the Christmas feast of Pacific Building,

a camp for “getting closer to nature” and an evening variety show in celebration of the Winter

Solstice respectively organised by the owners’ corporation of Pacific Building, The

Association of Evangelical Free Churches of Hong Kong – Evangelical Free Church of China

Lok Yan Learning Centre and Bonding Service Network Association Limited. He asked

就油尖旺區議會社區建設委員會 2017 年 9 月 7 日有關「建議優化長者醫

療券網站及杜絕醫療券被濫用」的討論文件，衞生署提交的回應

政府在二零零九年推出長者醫療券試驗計劃，資助 70 歲或以上

長者使用私營基層醫療服務，包括預防性護理服務。自二零一四

年起，計劃由試驗性質轉為恆常計劃，每名合資格長者每年可獲

發的醫療券金額已增至 2,000 元。此外，自二零一七年七月一日

起，長者醫療券計劃的合資格年齡已由 70 歲降低至 65 歲。

為鼓勵更多服務提供者參與長者醫療券計劃，衞生署一直有透過

為醫護專業人員舉辦的研討會和會議來推廣計劃，並尋求專業團

體的協助，在其通訊 /刊物中向會員宣傳長者醫療券計劃。截至

二零一七年七月底，本港參與長者醫療券計劃的服務提供者人數

已由二零一五年年底的 5 259 名增至 6 664 名，按醫護專業人員

類別劃分的數目詳見下表：

在二零一五年及二零一六年，分別有 45 及 65 名服務提供者退出

長者醫療券計劃，而在已知退出計劃原因的服務提供者當中，以

轉職、離世及醫療機構 /診所結業等為退出計劃的主要原因。

由於長者醫療券計劃旨在資助長者接受私營基層醫療服務，因此

沒有備存參與計劃西醫的專科資格的資料。如有需要，長者及其

親友可透過醫療券網頁所提供的個別服務提供者的電話號碼，直


接向服務提供者查詢所需資訊，包括其專科資格及應診時間。衞

生署會繼續研究適當地優化醫療券網頁以便利市民使用。

為確保適當地發還醫療券申報款項予參與計劃的服務提供者以

及公帑得以妥善運用，衞生署制定了檢查及審核措施和程序，包

括對服務提供者作出例行查核、監察並偵測使用醫療券的異常交

易模式情況，以便及時跟進和作出所需的調查；以及就接獲的投

訴進行調查。

在過去兩年（二零一五年至二零一六年），衞生署共接獲 26 宗

懷疑詐騙及 /或不當申報醫療券的投訴。就每宗投訴，衞生署醫

療券組均會向事主 /投訴人作進一步瞭解，及就事件作出適當的

調查。一般而言，如發現有參與計劃的服務提供者不遵守計劃協

議的條款和條件，其相關的醫療券申報將不獲政府發還款項；如

政府已支付有關款項，亦會向有關服務提供者追討相關款項。如

懷疑有關服務提供者涉及詐騙或專業失德行為，衞生署會轉介警

方及 /或相關法定組織（如香港醫務委員會）跟進，並可能取消

有關服務提供者參與計劃的資格。就過去兩年衞生署醫療券組轉

介予警方跟進的個案中，並沒有服務提供者因涉及詐騙而被檢

控。

為保障長者的利益，長者醫療券計劃協議的條款和條件內清楚訂

明，參與計劃的服務提供者須確保向長者收取的醫療券金額不超

過該次所提供醫療服務的收費。服務提供者也不可就開設醫療券

的服務提供者發放有關使用醫療券的守則（當中包括重申不應就

開設醫療券戶口或使用醫療券，向長者收取任何費用）。署方亦

有向參與計劃的服務提供者發信，提醒他們有關醫療券申報的正

確做法，包括不應以長者是否使用醫療券而作出不一致的收費、

要盡量提高其服務收費的透明度、在提供服務前因應要求向病人

清楚透露所需的費用，以及容許病人經醫護人員解釋後，就可能

不同收費的醫療方案作選擇。此外，註冊醫護專業人員必須遵守

他們的專業守則，履行應有的專業操守及責任。衞生署亦建議長

者在同意使用醫療券前，先向服務提供者詢問收費情況。

Response to the discussion paper of the Community Building Committee

of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council on 7 September 2017 concerning

the enhancement of the website of the Elderly Health Care Voucher

Scheme and the eradication of the Elderly Health Care Voucher abuse

The Government launched the Elderly Health Care Voucher (EHV) Pilot

Scheme in 2009 to subsidise Hong Kong elders aged 70 or above to use private

primary care services, including preventive care services. Since 2014, the

EHV Scheme has been converted into a recurrent programme and the annual

voucher amount for each eligible elder has been increased to $2,000.

Moreover, the eligibility age for the EHV Scheme has been lowered from 70 to

65 starting from 1 July 2017.

To encourage more service providers to join the EHV Scheme, the Department

of Health (DH) has all along been promoting the Scheme through seminars and

conferences for healthcare professionals, and solicited support from

professional bodies to publicise the EHV Scheme to their members through

their newsletters/ publications. The number of service providers in Hong

Kong enrolled in the EHV Scheme has increased from 5 259 as at end 2015 to

6 664 as at end July 2017, with breakdown by types of healthcare professionals

in the table below:

In 2015 and 2016, 45 and 65 service providers have withdrawn from the EHV

Scheme respectively. Among those whose reasons of withdrawal were known

to DH, the main reasons were “change in job”, “passed away”, and “closure of

medical organisation/ clinic”.

As the EHV Scheme aims to subsidise the elderly to receive private primary

care services, the information about the specialties of participating medical

practitioners is not maintained under the EHV Scheme. In case of need,

elders and their relatives/ friends may contact respective service providers via

the telephone for the required information, e.g. their specialties and service

hours according to the telephone numbers provided in the Scheme’s webpage.

The DH will continue to explore ways to enhance the Scheme’s webpage to

facilitate the public in using it.

To ensure proper reimbursement of voucher claims to participating service

providers and the prudent use of public money, the DH has put in place

measures and procedures for checking and auditing voucher claims. These

include routine inspections to the service providers, routine surveillance to

detect aberrant patterns of transactions so as to take timely follow-up and

investigation actions, and investigation into complaints received.

In the past two years (2015 to 2016), the DH received 26 complaints of

suspected fraud and/or improper voucher claims. For each complaint received,

the DH’s Health Care Voucher Unit would contact the person concerned/

complainant for details and conduct appropriate investigation. Generally

speaking, if any participating service provider fails to comply with the terms

and conditions of the EHV Scheme Agreement, the voucher claims will not be

reimbursed by the Government. In case the reimbursement has been made,

the Government will recover the amount from the service provider concerned.

A service provider suspected of fraud or professional misconduct will be

referred by the DH to the Police and/or relevant statutory organisations (such as

the Medical Council of Hong Kong) for follow-up, and may also be

disqualified from participating in the EHV Scheme. Of the cases referred by

the DH’s Health Care Voucher Unit to the Police for follow-up in the past two

years, no service provider was eventually prosecuted for suspected fraud.

To protect the interests of the elderly, it is stipulated in the terms and conditions

of the EHV Scheme Agreement that participating service providers shall ensure

that the voucher amount used by an elderly person does not exceed the fee for

the healthcare service received on a particular occasion. They shall not charge

the elderly any fees for creating a voucher account or using vouchers. The

DH issues to participating service providers regularly a set of “Proper Practices

under the EHV Scheme” which include reminders on not charging the elderly

any fees for creating a voucher account or using vouchers. The DH has also

issued letters to participating service providers to remind them of the proper

practices in making voucher claims, e.g. not imposing different charges on

voucher users and non-users, enhancing the transparency of service charges as

far as possible, explaining the charges to patients at their request before

providing service, and allowing patients to make choices of different

management plans which may have different service charges upon explanation

by healthcare staff. Besides, registered healthcare professionals have to

strictly abide by their codes of professional conduct and ethics and to fulfil

their professional obligations. The DH also recommends the elderly to check

the fees with the service providers before giving consent to use vouchers.

就上述文件的相關提問及建議，本署謹覆如下：

2. 根據衞生署衛生防䕶中心資料，頭蝨只會爬行，牠們

不能在頭髮間跳躍或飛行。因此，主要傳播途徑是透過頭

部與頭部直接接觸；亦可透過與患者共用梳子、帽子或頭

飾等個人物品而受感染，但這些情況則較為罕見。因此，

預防頭蝨方法是保持良好個人衞生及經常徹底清潔頭髮和

清洗被服及衣物。

3. 油尖旺區康樂場地最近三年內未曾接獲頭蝨為患的投

訴。本署一向關注場地設施的清潔。對於戶外兒童遊樂場，

清潔合約承辦商駐場員工須每天最少一次為兒童遊樂設施

以家用漂白水以 1:99 稀釋消毒清潔。至於室內體育館，駐

場清潔合約員工則需要每天不少於八次為兒童遊戲室以家

用漂白水以 1:99 稀釋為兒童遊樂設施消毒清潔。

4. 雖然如此，本署會視乎場地情況而增加清潔兒童遊樂設

施的次數。就文件提及的場地而言，西貢街遊樂場及櫻桃街

公園駐場員工已恆常為場內兒童遊樂設施進行每天兩次清

潔消毒；九龍公園內的兒童遊樂設施則有每天四次清潔消毒。

而廣受市民歡迎的大角咀體育館兒童遊戲室，駐場員工在每

節四十五分鐘的開放時間後，都會在及後的十五分鐘為遊戲

室內的兒童遊樂設施消潔消毒。該遊戲室亦會在每天下午一

時至二時及下午六時至七時暫停使用。進行徹底清潔消毒。

另外，大角咀體育館每月第二及第四個星期一的大洗日，駐

場員工亦會為館內的兒童遊戲室設施進行全面清潔消毒。
