OBJECTIVETo obtain a position where I can maximize my oil and gas industry maintenance supervisory experience which includes management of 50 plus employees across multiple oil/gas disciplines, including all aspects of oil and gas maintenance, quality control, 5S and Lean 6 Sigma program and process development, training, internal and external customer service and a successful track record in improving profitability and safety.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONSResults-oriented, high-energy, hands-on professional, with a proven track record of more than 12 years of successful accomplishments in varied oil/gas maintenance environments and procedures. Experience with Enterprise Reporting, Maintenance Scheduling and Fleet Tracking Systems to include SAP, Maximo and Fleet Assistant, used to control cost accounting, inventory, hour accountability. I always have a constant focus on process improvement and time management.

Major strengths include being a strong team leader, but more importantly a stronger team player; excellent leadership and communication skills, always with an eye for attention to detail. Experience and respect for compliance in all regulated environments and managerial skills including hiring, termination, scheduling, training, and other administrative tasks. Thorough knowledge of oil and gas maintenance operations I constantly strive to exceed my personal and the company’s goals. Advanced computer and internet literacy.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Specialist 3

My current assignment is a direct result of my knowledge and tenacity. I was selected to bring a poor performing unit up to company standards. Prior to my assignment, the unit averaged approximately 30% of equipment being out of service at any given time. I was given the mandate to lower this to no more than 10-15 pieces at a time. Currently my assigned equipment down time is less than 5% of my assigned fleet, with a constant reduction in MUDA.

Provide daily oversight and guidance to employees in all aspects of oil/gas maintenance operations to include well-site and equipment periodic maintenance, emergency and roadside service, DOT Class 8 controlled certification, good housekeeping and safety. Ensure that all employees are fully trained and enabled to use their training to strive for continuous process improvement. Recognize and implement suggestions for those improvements

Oversaw and directed the expansion of the maintenance facility from 4 to 9 bays allowing quicker turnaround time of equipment and safer operations for my subordinates. Open door policy guarantees two-way communication with all employees and results in better overall results for the company and employees.
