Intention
- Willingness to learn.
The Adult Learning Cycle:
1. Relate- why do I want to learn this?
2. Observe- how does this work?
3. Reflect- what does this mean?
4. Do – what can I do with this?
5. Teach- Whom can share this with?
Attention
- Concentration, Observation , and Attentiveness to details
Mindfulness- totally in the moment
- Relaxed - Focused - Receptive - Alert
Association
To productively memorize something you must make an
association between old and new information. When you do this
you make it meaning full.
Retention

memory.
