1 MEMBERS’ TICKETING ONLINE USER GUIDE The Members’ Ticketing section of our website is designed especially for ANZ Stadium Members. Here you can book your Member tickets, dining and parking. We have recently made some improvements to the system and there are more to come. The information in this guide will assist you with making your online bookings. GETTING STARTED Log in to the Members’ Concierge using your email address and password. Select ‘Events’ or ‘Book Tickets’. Step 1. MEMBERS’ TICKETING ONLINE USER GUIDE  The Members’ Ticketing section of our website is designed especially for ANZ Stadium Members. Here you can book your Member tickets, dining and parking. We have recently made some improvements to the system and there are more to come. The information in this guide will assist you with making your online bookings. GETTING STARTED Log in to the Members’ Concierge using your email address and password. Select ‘Events’ or ‘Book Tickets’.

Step 1. Select Package

The package will expand and provide you with the booking options applicable to your Membership.

Select the package tile for the event you wish to book.

ANZ STADIUM NEW ONLINE ORDER FORM

Members can now place their Member Tickets, add their group, Member Dining, Parking and Paying Guest tickets in the first step of the order process.

Add your Member Tickets Add your *Paying Guests, Parking and Special Needs Requests *When adding Paying Guests, the default is ticked so your guests will be seated with you. If you don’t want to be seated with your guests,you must untick this box. Click on the ‘learn more’ link to see how choosing to sit with your guests effects your seating.

The delivery option default is ezyTicket. Your tickets will be emailed to you. If you would prefer to have your tickets mailed to you untick this box. If you have a special needs request, click the plus icon to open this option. Reset booking will clear the order and leave the package open Add other Members in your delegated group to your order. This will present you with the same booking options for each Member in your group. Clear Basket will clear all items saved in the basket Book Another Event – To add the current order/package to your basket and enable you to select another event. Checkout – this will direct you straight to the payment page

If you are only booking your Member tickets you can minimise the Paying Guest, Dining, Parking and Special Needs options. You are still able to add your group.

If you have a special need request and require enhanced amenity seating or a wheelchair space you can expand this option. Note - Member special needs requests must be recorded by ANZ Member Services for this selection to be applicable on your booking.

Adding a Group to the Order

Group Lists will appear here (you can manage your groups under Members/Manage Groups). Select the group you wish to add and click the ‘Add delegated Members’. If you have delegated Members not listed in a group, click ‘Add delegated Member(s) to my order’. This will add all Members.

Your delegated Members will then appear on the page for you to order their Member tickets, Dining, Parking and Paying Guest tickets. Expand to display the options to add additional items. When you have finished ordering, click ‘Checkout’, or if ‘Book Another Event’

Step 2. Payment page and booking confirmation

This page will display the summary of your order It will list the events, Member Tickets (yours and any members of your group) and any Dining, Parking and Paying Guests you may have added. If you have selected ezyTicket as your ticket distribution method this will also be displayed. If any part of your order is waitlisted this will be displayed on the summary. Information is listed on this page regarding the payment process and why we take the credit card at this time. We will only request credit card details if there is a payment required for your order (dining/paying guests/parking). After entering in your payment details (if required) and confirming all is correct, you must tick the box confirming you have read the Important Information & Terms & Conditions. Note - Please let Members’ Ticketing know if your credit card has changed or expired since placing the order. Submit the Order to complete the booking. If you need to edit the order, click on the basket (see Editing your Order)

Once the order is submitted you will be presented with a receipt page reconfirming the booking and your order number. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as displayed on the receipt page.

Editing the order

During the ordering process, you can click on the basket to access the Edit Order Details page. If there are multiple events in the basket they will display individually. Select the event you wish to edit. Edit in the pop up (see below), update your changes and then proceed again to Checkout Complete this action for each event you wish to edit. If you wish to cancel the order you can do this here.

Edit the order on the pop up Hint: If you have a group member that you wish to remove, reduce their Member Tickets to zero (0), remember to remove their parking/dining also. Don’t forget to Update to save your changes.

Note: Members can also edit orders once completed prior to the booking period close date ending, or prior to allocation/payment; whichever comes first. This can be accessed by viewing your orders. Hover the cursor over your Member name in the bottom left corner, click on view orders. Applicable orders will have an edit option.
