The following are the final list of questions for the interview: 1. What is your standpoint with regards to the RH Law ? Are you in favor or not? Explain your answer. P: I stand for RH Law. Evidently, scientific and economic considerations justify the benefits presented by the newly-enacted law. 2. With the legalization of contraceptives use, do you think it would trigger teenagers to engage in pre marital sex? P: This might be a question of personal and moral preference. On a personal note, it would definitely increase pre-marital sex occurrence with young adults since the government would actively intervene in the allegedly rising occurrences of pre-marital sex. 3. In your opinion, do you want to include sex education as one o f the programs under RH law? Explain your answer. P: Yes, it would be helpful yet the implementation should proceed in a graduated scale.  As a matt er of fact , the pare nts shoul d be the first people to teach their child w hat sex education means. However, the conservative culture and want of informed mindsets of majority of the Filipino parents will be a great setback for the program’s acceptance.  4. Do you think RH law is the real answer to lessen the population of the Philippines? P: RH Law would not be the best answer but it mitigates the effect of the alleged raising birthrate of Filipino teen women. On a practical side, no teenager would visit a health center, each and every time he or she will have sex. 5. Do you believe that the church , government , private sectors should collaborate their efforts in support of the RH Law so that it satisfies the need and addresses all the issues involved? Explain your answer. P: Of course, community-based participation would be an effective system to help in the Implementation of the RH Law.  After all, a law’s effectiveness is measured not only with the strategic use of the “teeth” of the law but also by ensuring participation with the community as well. 6. What are the possible propagandas of the government in passing such law? P: Possible pr opagandas? Please clarify. I believe what your question means, “What mechanisms should the actions of the government to ensure effective implementation?” This question could be answered by Q#5. 7. Is there any constitutional rights being violated by the RH law? Explain your answer. P: The encroachment of the RH Law was said to be hinged upon Article XV under the Title “Family”. Detractors mentioned that it violates Section 1 and 2 of said Title since it is an unjust and unnecessary public interference to the sacredness and inviolability of the Filipino family.
