If you are not sure of your plans at this time, please return and indicate “not sure”. Your child will not be withdrawn unless we hear from you. We need this information for every student enrolled at McKinley Elementary School. Reminder: All families using an affidavit of residence need to renew the Affidavit of Residence every year. Affidavit renewal letters will be sent home soon. Please be reminded that all out of district permits must be renewed through Student Services, at the Santa Monica Malibu Unified District office every year. Late Pick Up Policy: When your child is picked up after the program end time, you are required to sign a
CREST Late Pick-Up form. Fee for late pick-up is $1 per minute, per child. Continued late pick-up will

• Material Fee: An additional $75 must be payable upon registration. Financial Assistance is not applicable to the material fee.
• Extended Care: Available 7:00 AM-8:30 AM and 5:00 PM-6:00 PM for an additional fee of $105
Where: Gandara Park
• The girls meet at Gandara Park located at 1819 Stewart St., south of Olympic Blvd. The Rosie’s Girls Clubhouse is adjacent to Gandara Park in the City Maintenance Yards at 2500 Michigan Ave. At the end of the day, girls are picked up from Gandara Park.
