Bullying Prevention Week in October
Monthly House Meetings – This month’s theme was Filling a Bucket
Social skills lessons during half-day planning (Evosevich and Isamat) and teachers having class meetings to address issues
Daily recess – Teachers cannot take away recess as a punishment
School Health Team – Started meeting monthly in December.

McAlpine saw an increase in the percent of proficient students from Fall to Winter in math. Fall: 41.82% proficient
Winter: 63.66% proficient
Increase: 21.85%. Top five in South Learning Community
