7. Donated Plumbing Fixtures. The following fixtures will be donated by the Clapper Co. (cut sheets available by request from Langlas & Associates)

a. Floor mounted toilets with flush valves. The mechanical contractor will provide bolts, wax rings, and the seats.

b. Urinals with flush valves and the in wall carriers (Wade: 400 AM11). c. Baby bow flush valves in the day care bathroom d. China wall hung lavatory with a 4” center faucet and grid drain. (mechanical

contractor to include wall carrier and p-traps). 8. Mechanical and Electrical clarifications, changes, and alternates will be addressed in

the attached Collaborative Design Architects Addendum Pages. Many alternate manufactures are provided, and a number of questions are addressed within this document. (pages 5-7)

9. This is not a prevailing wage project. 10. Owner will require background checks of every employee that will be on site. This will

be organized and paid for by the owner. Addendum 3 contains (7) pages including this narrative.
