Thank you for your interest in the State of the Art Techniques Symposium that is scheduled to take place in San Antonio on May 17 - 19, 2013. We expect to have about 500 attendees at this meeting.

During this symposium, ASTRO will bring together radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, residents and early career faculty, and other health professionals involved in the field of radiation oncology to explore current and emerging radio-therapeutic techniques. Leaders in the field have been invited to discuss the impact these modalities have on patient outcomes, with an overall focus on quality and safety. Interactive sessions will cover topics such as Basics in Anatomy and Delivery, Perspective and Safety, as well as disease site specific radiation therapy treatment from planning to delivery.

The Exhibit Hall will be a focal point of this Symposium, bringing attendees face-to-face with key industry contacts during meals and breaks to allow maximum time for networking. REGISTRATION PROFILE Based on 2012 State of the Art Techniques Symposium registration.

EXHIBIT HALL RATES Exhibit Fee: $3,200 per tabletop exhibit ASTRO Ambassadors Exhibit Fee: Complimentary tabletop exhibit Tabletop exhibits will be located in Salon F. Each vendor will be provided with one 6-foot draped table and two chairs. The hotel ballroom is carpeted. Tables will be placed along the perimeter of the ballroom to allow a reception and lunch area in the center of the room.

EXHIBIT ELIGIBILITY Show Management views the Exhibit Hall as an integral part of the scientific program and overall success of the State of the Art Techniques Symposium. All products and/or services displayed in the Exhibit Hall must be related to the practice of the meeting topics and approved by Show Management. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or apportion to others the whole or any part of the space to which they are allocated. Only those products and/or services that are manufactured or distributed by your company may be displayed in the Exhibit Hall. TERMS OF PAYMENT and CANCELLATION Payment

All applications for exhibit space must include full booth payment.

No booth space will be assigned until all conditions are met. Cancellation

50 percent of the total booth fee will be retained for cancellations received on or before March 29, 2013.

100 percent of the total booth fee will be retained for cancellations received after March 29, 2013.

All cancellations must be made in writing to ASTRO Show Management.

Exhibit fees are not transferable to another meeting. SPACE ASSIGNMENT Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with preference being given to meeting sponsors, ASTRO Ambassadors, ASTRO Corporate Members, and past IGRT and IMRT meeting exhibitors.
