Mhainensiana) – which gives us one of the most beautiful and hardy w o o d . I t i s t h e s t a t e T r e e o f M a n i p u r .
Mave Junior School (pronounced as Ma – vey) is located at Matanmai Taphou near Liangmai Taphou (south of phymai Taphou and below Oname Taphou) Senapati District, Manipur.It lies about 4 kms south of Senapati Bazaar. Established in 2015, the School is a self- financing day school and is managed by a committee of trusted and enthusiastic educators.

INTRODUCTION
The School's Motto reflects the twin aspirationsof our institution. We want to prepare our studentsfor the rigours of Life as responsible citizens andwe also want to make sure that the value imbibed at school will accompany the students throughout their lives.

1. Intellectual Development: We will encourage the use of language , to help the children learn by stimulating their curiosity. Literacy and numeracy skills will be strongly focused on. With these tools, we will lay the foundation for conceptual learning in the children.
2. Social and Emotional Development: We will assist children in forming stable relationships. They will be encouraged to acquire a sense of responsibility, self- confidence , independence, self- control and consideration for others.
3. The Aesthetic Development of the child: The children will be encouraged to be creative and expressive. We will provide them an opportunity to learn by experimenting with a variety of material, arts and music which will awaken in the child a growing awareness and appreciation of beauty.
4. The Physical Development of the child: We will help the child use his/her body effectively by providing space to play and personal hygiene.
5. Effective transition from Home to School: The children will be taught to appreciate the different environments at home and at school. They will learn to respect their Teachers and their Elders.
6. Inculcation of moral values: The children will be encouraged to be spiritually aware, to develop a team spirit and to place others before self.
7. Spirit of opportunity: Each student will be helped to acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that will prepare them for their chosen path in their careers and in their lives.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The school's curriculum will be based on the Central Board of Secondary Education( CBSE) model. The medium of communication will be English.
Curriculum of the school includes physical training , drill, sports and games, quiz, debates , cultural /literary programmes etc. which are aimed at the all- round development of the students.
Field tours subject to their studies will be an important curriculum.
Students will be taken for field trips/outings/tours to impart practical knowledge.
CURRICULUM
SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
The school is located in a safe area and has sufficient space and facilities for children to enjoy learning, explore new ideas and to perform to the best of their ability. The school facilities comprises of a school bus, audio and visual learning, proper sanitation and a park - l ike environment to encourage chi ldren to come to the school
1.The school will conduct regular class tests, monthly tests apart from the two quarterly, half yearly and final examinations. Parents/guardians are requested to monitor their child/children's progress by checking the remarks m a d e b y t e a c h e r s o n t h e i r a s s e s s m e n t r e p o r t c a r d s .
2.Marks obtained in the quarterly and half yearly examinations will be taken into c o n s i d e r a t i o n f o r t h e p r o m o t i o n a t t h e e n d o f t h e y e a r .
3.No student will be allowed to sit for an examination without the admit card.
4.In all questions of promotion or failure, the Principal's decision is final.
ASSESSMENT
1. The school fee covers 12 calendar months and should be paid by the 10th of every month. 2. Students whose fees are long overdue may be barred from appearing examination.3. School Leaving certificate will not be issued till the parent pays all outstanding fees.
