We start with inputs from each company's business and HR leaders to understand desired outcomes from the program. We also get in touch with every participant and their reporting manager to elicit specific needs and improve chances of post-program support for the participants’ plans.

Participants emerge from the program with not just insight, but also a concrete, time-bound action plan to implement back at work. We also have a 4-week retention module of gamified, online exercises that fit into their busy workdays and reinforce their learnings from the workshop.

Suhas ShetiyaAn IIM-B alumni, Suhas is a seasoned professional who has built companies from ground up and has worked across stages from fund raising to execution.

With a rich experience in managing dynamic business environments, Suhas has worked as a consultant with leading firms on Go to market strategy and business planning. He leverages this wide-ranging expertise to bring a holistic view to business and business-learning.

At enParadigm, he has designed and delivered simulation-based workshops for senior and middle management teams of leading global and national brands. This includes companies like Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Hafele, Raymond, NIIT Technologies, Bajaj Allianz, Sonata Software, ZensarTechnologies, Aditya Birla Group, ABOF, Arvind, Randstad India. A chess aficionado, Suhas was part of the IIM-B chess team. He still plays and actively follows the game.

Ramesh Srinivasan (Keynote Speaker)Ramesh brings over 27 years professional experience in marketing and management positions in premier computer companies in India and abroad.

He was the Head of Operations in Singapore for Far-East Computers (now part of HCL Technologies) for over 5 years before he started his own consulting firm in 1997. He was earlier heading national marketing at Digital India for over four years. Ramesh is a domain expert in Banking, Workflow Automation, CRM and BPO, and has worked with several large and medium software organizations both in India and abroad in areas of business development consulting, large account management, business planning and setting up of new operations.

Ramesh is a trained Executive Coach for senior executives and is also a visiting faculty at IIM-Bangalore. He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI).
