Saving energy is a contradiction because it is the simplest thing in the world to understand but working out how to do it keeps introducing complications or additions to method and knowledge.

Master Series - IMaster Series - I

‘Basics of Development’ will be the highest level guide in your life but sister to that is the basic energy equation.

It is no different to that of a physics or a scientific view.


Energy in – Energy out = Surplus energy

You need to give yourself a reality check or ‘smack down’ every now and then because it is really that simple.


When ‘shit happens’ in your life, it is because the balance of that equation is out.

If you master that equation, you will master your reality, full stop.

Evolution is a spiritual process reliant on the combined action of both Static and Dynamic deity.


The physical world is objective.The spiritual world is subjective.

The correct interpretation of reality and spiritual evolution then requires an understanding concerning both subjective and objective reality as well as internal and external reality.

Inner cycle of Learning

The Inner Cycle of Learning is subjective and internal.


It is associated with Mind and Spirit.

It is all that is really needed for development however, experience will obviate an external cycle synchronously

locked with it.


Outer Cycle of Response

As it turns out, both cycles can be integrated to reveal the process of evolution for advancing intelligence anywhere in

the universe, or what is known as:

As average people we either get stuck at one position or move around unaware.

The spiritualist masters the cycle and commands it.

There are many intricacies associated with the cycle and so you need to be aware of your entire life and where you are at within it so you can learn about reality manifestation.


We distribute our power as we like and the next phase which can be immediately differentiated from the normal flow of events is when external reality reacts to what we have done. Much confusion in life can be attributed to not having enough awareness with regard to the connection between the two minor steps - Energy distribution and Reality reaction.

You will know when an issue has been dealt with because your tensions, loads and problems will lift, normally quickly.


For example, you may feel terribly tight and blocked and merely changing a schedule on your laptop or calendar releases it.

This could mean for instance that there were many colliding potentials coming at you in the future and now you have culled those by your written word or intent (Throat Level).

If you feel the problem coming back again, then obviously someone or something else has an intent to change your schedule.

Some issues:• Going forward when you should be going backward• …in connection, going in the wrong direction• Being taken for granted• Being too responsible; clarify your responsibilities• Missing something• You’re your own enemy• Spy or traitor in your midst• Being too good• Afraid to pull back or reduce circumstance materially and spiritually

(get into commando mode, watch “Rambo” or something)


You will learn to contemplate. That means sitting in your favourite chair or in the quiet area of your yard and sensing your energy and what the current issue is.

When you nail it, it will lift.

What we really need then is to know how to accelerate or increase our energy given we have set an Intent of some kind.


As it turns out, just clearing and aligning our field coupled with clearing our life (schedules, work loads, complications etc.) will start to set you on the right track however you still need to be aware and vigilant.

Above all, you need to understand the significance of reaction to what you have done and the more spiritual work you do, the faster that starts to happen.


For instance you can meditate on an issue and drive Red energy into all of your chakras. Now you need to watch where Red appears in your life. You might end up surrounded by 4 or 5 Red cars in a car park somewhere. That is a coincidence for the average person, but not for a spiritualist who has just meditated with Red energy.

We have already discussed briefly the human energy field and contacting and becoming familiar with your guides. That will be a large part of the foundation of what you do.


Two other techniques are:• Crystal work (which works in conjunction with the

Chakras anyway)• Energy rays

The main realisation however that you must come to is that everything must be earned, or paid for, and not many people like that.


When something is paid for, it is yours and stays with you. We can choose to do that slowly over time which is what experience (or your life-path) in the physical world is, or we can accelerate through The Law of Giving.

All of these techniques have intricacies and take time to master.

Working with crystals

Summary


Crystals have associated spiritual energies and properties. Crystal Healing is an entire discipline unto itself.

You should acquire at least the most universal stones.

They are normally in big chunks, shaped into generator crystals natural or man-made, or small pendants.


The five I recommend are:

Rose Quartz:

Like water is the universal solvent, Rose Quartz is the universal healing crystal.Get a good chunk about the size of your hand. Pick which one feels the best.

When the stone becomes warm from holding it, you are charged with it which for a good size stone will take a little while.

Properties:•Universal love stone, as pink is secondary heart colour•Heal emotional trauma•Release stored anger and resentment•Softens•Plunge into painful wounds after healing


Breath through your crystals like a mist of energy coming in through them. Hold them anywhere you like.

Use them in meditations or just pick them up now and then.

Clear Quartz:

Properties:•Universal energy stone•Full spectrum energy•Amplifies energy•Moves energy•Raises consciousness•Can adopt other crystal energies


Malachite:

Properties :•Universal revelation stone•Reveals subconscious blockages•Generally aids in releasing•Evens out things and helps with sleep


Smoky Quartz:

Properties:•Universal dissipation stone•Dissipate blocks on all levels of consciousness•Grounds


Amethyst:

Properties:•Universal regeneration stone•Regenerates on all levels of consciousness•Connects to higher mind and guides•Spiritualises


Generator crystals:

Properties:•Can be small or large•Single terminated or double terminated•Directional•Use like a hand held laser over the body to sweep field and target selected areas•Use your intent to suck rubbish and dark energy back out and into crystal then vaporise it

For example wear Malachite and see what comes out. Then try and dissipate yourself etc.


Again be careful of ‘burn out’. Larger crystals or longer meditation can channel big energy.

With a misdirected or misguided intent, you can also indirectly affect events and happenings so be clear about your Primary Intent.

A spiritual master being clear simply aligns their entire field with the same effect as a crystal. They impart the crystal’s effect in proximity to people.

The human race must experience its shortcomings, lessons and time frame for evolution. Individuals however may choose to speed up that evolution which equates to removing the back‑peddling that average lives are involved in.
