ST. JAMES 48TH ANNUAL FALL MASKQUERADE

To: Friends and Family of St. James Catholic School

From: Holly Ford, St. James Fall Festival Advertising Chair

Our 48th annual St. James Fall Festival will look a little different this year due to Covid-19 restrictions.

There will be no traditional in-person events scheduled. Instead, St. James Catholic Church and

School are currently planning the 48TH annual Fall Maskquerade to be held the entire week of October

5TH thru 11TH with a special “maskquerade” spirit week planned for the children of the school.

Our church and school families are working hard to make this year’s fundraiser a success while also working with the restrictions during this current pandemic. As the largest fundraiser of the year, the money raised during the Fall Maskquerade will be used to help the parish and the school complete their mission; to live and learn in the light of faith. Its success is made possible through the continued sup-port we receive from our parish family, friends, and the community. We have prepared several spon-sorship opportunities, by means of advertisement, in hopes of your support in our enduring success. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Please complete this form and return it along with the monetary sponsorship to the school or feel Free to mail forms in, addressed to St. James Fall Festival, 603 West Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39507. If you have any questions, please call Holly Ford (228)424-6535, or by email at [email protected].
