PARTE 2INSTALLAZIONE

La termosigillatrice EUROSEAL2001 PLUS stata testata e collaudata in fabbrica.

Togliere limballo e installare lapparecchio rispettando le seguenti avvertenze:1. Posizionare la termosigillatrice su di una superficie piana e con uno spazio attorno che sia

ergonomicamente operativo.2. Non installare la macchina accanto a lavelli o simili onde evitare contatti con acqua e conseguenti

cortocircuiti dellimpianto elettrico.3. Evitare la vicinanza a fonti di calore.4. Installare la macchina in ambienti normalmente ventilati.5. Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione non sia piegato e che sia libero fino alla presa elettrica.6. Inserire la spina; la macchina pronta alluso.

Su richiesta, la macchina potr essere alimentata con tensione da 110V, 50/60 Hz.

NON INSERIRE LE DITA NELLA ZONA DI SALDATURA, QUANDO LA MAC-CHINA ACCESA.NON INSERIRE LE DITA SOTTO IL CARTER DI PROTEZIONE DELLA ZONA DISALDATURA, QUANDO SI ABBASSA LA LEVA DI PRESSIONE.NON INSERIRE MAI LE DITA NEL VANO DI SCORRIMENTO DEL COLTELLO.

AVVERTENZA

- La macchina conforme ai requisiti di sicurezza elettrica previsti dagli Istituti Normativi ed munitadi una spina bipolare, che assicura la completa messa a terra dellapparecchio.

- La sola resistenza collegata a terra perch il restante apparecchio in doppio isolamento.- Fondamentale requisito di sicurezza accertarsi che limpianto elettrico abbia una effica-ce messa a terra e che la portata dellimpianto e delle prese di corrente siano adeguatealla potenza dellapparecchio indicata nellapposita etichetta. Far verificare limpianto dapersonale qualificato.

LA NON OSSERVANZA DI QUANTO SOPRA DESCRITTO FA DECADEREOGNI RESPONSABILIT DA PARTE DELLA EURONDA S.p.A.

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione indicata sulla etichetta, posta sul fianco della mac-china corrisponda a quella disponibile nel luogo di installazione.

Lapparecchio deve essere collegato tramite il cavo di alimentazione ad un impianto fornito diadeguata messa a terra, conforme alle norme vigenti nel paese di installazione.

ATTENZIONE: Non provocare piegature sul cavo di alimentazione e non appoggiarvi sopraoggetti di qualsiasi natura.

Euroseal 2001 PLUS la nuova, rivoluzionaria termosigillatrice elettronica di Euronda, a ciclo continuo etemperatura costante, la cui sigillatura di 12 mm. garantita con ogni tensione presente in linea (a richie-sta la macchina pu essere alimentata anche con 110 Volt). Euroseal 2001 PLUS una macchina dal desi-gn moderno, innovativo ed ergonomico, facile da utilizzare e da pulire, con profili arrotondati e completadi portarotoli, il cui ingombro contenuto nelle dimensioni di lunghezza minime della macchina. possi-bile inserire rotoli di sterilizzazione in carta/polipropilene da 100 o da 200 metri, con lutilizzo degli stes-si a scomparsa. La nuova tecnologia di costruzione adottata consente di minimizzare il consumo energeti-co della macchina, di ottenere tempi molto rapidi di saldatura congiunti con lassenza di tempi di raffred-damento tra sigillature consecutive e di aumentare notevolmente laffidabilit della termosigillatrice, elimi-nando interventi di manutenzione e/o riparazione sulla stessa. ROTOLI E BUSTE DI STERILIZZAZIONEI rotoli e le buste di sterilizzazione EUROSTERIL sono prodotti in carta ad elevata gramma-tura e film di polipropilene. Indicati per la conservazione igienica degli strumenti imbustati econfezionati tramite la termosigillatrice.Dispongono di indicatore di avvenuto processo di sterilizzazione tramite viraggio dellabanda colorata, posta sul lato carta.Lutilizzo del rotolo consente di regolare il consumo dello stesso, in base alle dimensioni del-loggetto da conservare, riducendo al minimo eventuali sprechi.I rotoli EUROSTERIL sono disponibili con le seguenti dimensioni:- Rotoli da 100 metri nelle larghezze da 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 cm.- Rotoli da 200 metri nelle larghezze da 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 cm.- Rotoli a soffietto da 100 metri con larghezza 20 x 5 cm.Le buste EUROSTERIL sono disponibili con le seguenti dimensioni:

PARTE 4

ISTRUZIONI PER LUSO

1. Assicurarsi che sia stato effettuato il collegamento elettrico della macchina.Premere linterruttore laterale POWER -A -, posto sul lato superiore della macchina.Il led luminoso - B - posizionato sul frontale della macchina, diventer di colore verdequando la resistenza avr raggiunto la temperatura di saldatura ottimale.

2. Inserire il rotolo di sterilizzazione sotto il fermarotolo -D-.Il sacchetto pu essere inserito indifferentemente con il film sopra o sotto.

3. Abbassare la leva di saldatura passando dalla posizione -G- alla posizione -H-.Alla fine della sigillatura il led luminoso - I - diventa rosso e interviene la suoneria.

4. Alzare la leva di saldatura passando dalla posizione -L- alla posizione -M-.Alzando la leva il led ritorna verde e si interrompe la suoneria. La macchina pronta per la

saldatura successiva senza dover attendere il tempo di raffreddamento.*Se lutilizzatore non alza la leva dopo la saldatura la resistenza si spegne automatica-mente, per non bruciare il sacchetto, lasciando in funzione la suoneria.Appena sar rialzata la leva, la resistenza si riaccender automaticamente.Si dovranno attendere alcuni secondi, per ripristinare la temperatura ottimale di sigillatura.

PARTE 5

PULIZIA DELLA TERMOSIGILLATRICE- Lavare lesterno della macchina con un panno appena umido, dopo essersi accertati che

il cavo di alimentazione della stessa sia disinserito dalla tensione di rete.Prima di cominciare a lavorare, verificare che la macchina sia asciutta.Fare attenzione alla lama del coltello durante la pulizia dellapparecchio.

MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA E AVVERTENZE- La macchina non ha bisogno di manutenzione ordinaria.- Per ogni intervento di Manutenzione Straordinaria, attenersi a quanto specificato nella

PARTE 2.- Tutta la manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale competente.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA RESISTENZA, DELLA GOMMA SILICONATAE DELLA SCHEDA ELETTRONICA

RESISTENZA:

Togliere i due tappi -A - delcarter protezione coltelloquindi svitare le due viti - I -;sollevare tutto il gruppo - G -con le molle a tazza - B -.Abbassare la leva - C -, comeindicato dalla freccia, quinditogliere la vite - U - del bloc-co isolante resistenza - S - e

sfilarlo, tirandolo a sinistra esollevandolo finch fuoriesceil connettore - E - dal suppor-to resistenza.Ora possibile scollegare ilfilo di messa a terra dallat-tacco faston - D - ed il con-nettore stesso - E -.Per rimontare seguire lordine inverso ponendo attenzione allinserimento dei fili nelle apposite sedi e a

riposizionare le molle a tazza - B - prima di rifissare con le viti il gruppo - G -.

GOMMA SILICONATA:Smontare il gruppo - G - come sopradescritto, quindi sfilare la gomma siliconata - N - e reinserire lanuova a pressione.

SCHEDA ELETTRONICA:Abbassare la leva, svitare limpugnatura del perno - C -, asportare il carter anteriore - R - togliendo leviti superiori - O - inserendo il cacciavite a stella nel foro -V - del carter superiore. Rimuovere anche idue piedini di appoggio - P - posizionati sotto la macchina. Togliere le viti di fermo della scheda - T -,quindi sfilarla dalla sua sede.

Una volta eseguite le opportune sostituzioni, rimontare la macchina seguendo lordi-ne inverso di quanto sopra descritto.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLALAMA COLTELLO

Togliere la vite - A -, indifferente-mente, da uno dei due fianchi - B -del carter superiore - C - che vasemplicemente sfilato con limpu-gnatura porta coltello - E -.Con attenzione, per non tagliarsi,sfilare dallasta guida coltello - D -limpugnatura - E - dalla quale,togliendo le due viti - F -, agevo-le sostituire la lama - G -.Eseguita la sostituzione, rimontarela macchina seguendo lordineinverso di quanto sopra descritto.

PART 2INSTALLATION

The thermosealing machine EUROSEAL 2001 PLUS has been tried and tested

in our factory.Remove the packing and install the apparatus using the following instructions:

1. Install the machine on a plain flat surface with a remaining space of a least 50-80 mm. on all sides.2. Do not install the machine close to a sink or similar to avoid contact with water and possible

electrical short circuits.3. Keep: far from heat sources4. Install the machine in a ventilated area.5. Ensure that the electrical cable is not folded up and freely reaches the electrical socket.

6. Insert the plug and the machine is ready for use.Upon request the machine is able to work also with 110V, 50/60 Hz.

NEVER PLACE YOUR FINGERS NEAR THE SEALING AREA WHENTHE MACHINE IS OPERATINGNEVER PLACE YOUR HANDS UNDER THE SEALER WHEN YOUPRESS THE SEALING LEVERNEVER PLACE YOUR HANDS NEAR THE SHARP EDGE OF THE CUT-TING BLADE.

KEEP THE MACHINE IN A CLEAN AND DRY AREA.

NEVER DISMANTLE THE Euroseal 2001 PLUS. THE HIGHINTERNAL VOLTAGE IS DANGEROUSIf it is not possible to disconnect the electricity or if it is too far or not visible tothe person who is making the repairs, attach the sign Work in Process onthe switch after having turned it OFF.

CLEAN THE MACHINE WITH A DAMP CLOTH, AFTER ENSURINGTHAT THE CONNECTION CABLE HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED(before reusing the machine make sure that the machineis completely dry).

MAKE SURE THAT THE WIRING HAS A GROUND CABLE WHICHCONFORMS TO ALL OF THE SAFETY NORMS OF THE COUNTRY OFINSTALLATION.

NEVER REMOVE THE LABEL ON THE MACHINE

- The machine conforms to the safety regulations established by the Standards Institute andhas a two prong plug which ensures that the apparatus is shock resistant.

- The device has a double isolation. Only the resistance needs to be enclosed in a basewhich is sufficient for conducts electricity..

- The most fundamental safety requirements are: a sturdy base and an electrical voltagecapacity which is written on the tag. In case of doubt have it verified by qualified personnel.

PART 3DESCRIPTION

Euroseal 2001 PLUS is the newest electronic thermosealing machine from Euronda, with a continuous

cycle and constant temperature which has a guaranteed sealing size of 12 mm., and is available in both220V or 110 voltage. Euroseal 2001 PLUS is a machine with a modern, innovative and ergonomic desi-gn, easy to use and to clean, with rounded contours and fitted with a roll holder which has an overalldimension that measures the length of the machine. The sterilisation rolls of paper/polypropylene, availa-ble in 100 or 200 meters, are positioned inside the machine. The new applied technology minimises theenergy consumption by creating shorter sealing times and eliminating the need of cooling times betweenevery use. It also increases the reliability of the machine, excluding the periodical servicing and repairs.Euroseal 2001 PLUS is built in accordance with the quality standards set by the European Community.

STERILISATION ROLLS AND BAGSEUROSTERIL sterilisation rolls and bags are obtained from high grain paper and polypropy-lene film. They ensure the hygienic storage of instruments both in envelopes and packages orig-inated by a thermosealing machine.The correct completion of the sterilisation process is signalled by a special indicator, when thecolour of the strip on the side of the paper changes.The roll consumption can be regulated based on the actual dimensions of the objects whichare being sealed reducing, in this way, any waste.The EUROSTERIL rolls are available in the following sizes:- Rolls of 100 meters long, in the following width: 5.5 - 7.5 - 10 cm.- Rolls of 200 meters long, in the following width: 5.5 - 7.5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 cm.- Folding rolls of 100 meters, width 20 x 5 cms.The EUROSTERIL bags are available in the following sizes:

- 55x250 mm- 75x250 mm- 100x250 mmRolls and bags are produced according to the European safety standards related to the mate-rials used in the process.

PART 4

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Connect the machine the electricity source using the electrical cord.Press the lateral switch POWER -A -, located on the top of the unit.The light - B -, found in the front of the machine will turn green when the optimal sealingtemperature has been reached.

2. Fit the sterilisation roll under the holder -D-.The roll can be inserted with the paper foil positioned either rightside up or upside down.

3. Lower the sealing lever. The lever will pass from position -G- to position -H-.When the sealing procedure is completed the light - I - will turn red and the signalbell will ring.

4. Raise the sealing lever passing from position -L- to position -M-.When the lever is raised the light will turn green again and the signal bell will stop ringing.The machine is ready for the next sealing without having the wait for a cooling period.

If the operator doesnt return the lever to its start position immediately after the sealingprocedure is completed, the power unit will stop itself automatically (so the tape does notburn). The bell however will continue to ring. As soon as the lever is returned to its startposition - G - the power unit will automatically switch on again. It will take several secondsto restore the optimal sealing temperature.

PART 5

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

- Clean the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth, after making certain that the machineis completely dry. Before starting to work make sure that the machine is completely dry.During the cleaning of the machine make attention to the cutting edge position.

SPECIAL MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS- The machine does not require routine maintenance- For every special maintenance operation refer to the specifications section in PART 2.- All operation must be effected by a specialised technician.

HOW TO REPLACE THE POWER UNIT, SILICON RUBBER BANDAND OF THE ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD

RESISTANCE:

Remove the two plugs -A -

from the knife protectioncasing and then loosen thetwo screws - I -; raise thewhole unit - G - with theBelleville washers - B -.Lower the lever - C -, asshown by the arrow, thenremove the screw - U -from the resistance insulat-

ing block - S - and with-draw it by pulling ittowards the left and liftingit until the connector - E -comes out from the resis-tance support.It is now possible to dis-connect the ground wirefrom machine connection - D - as well as the connector - E -.

To re-assemble, proceed inversely paying particular attention when inserting the wires into theirseats. Re-fit the Belleville washers - B - before securing the unit - G - with the screws.

SILICON RUBBER BAND:Disassemble the unit - G - as described above and remove the silicone rubber - N -. Insertthe new rubber by pressing it in.

ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD:Lower the lever and unscrew the grip of pin - C -, remove the front carter - R- taking awaythe screws - O - acting with the screwdriver into the hole -V -. Remove also the two pins - P -under the machine.Take away the screws - T - and the circuit card.

Once replaced the defective parts, reassemble the machine following theinverted order.

REPLACINGOF THE CUTTING EDGE:Remove the screw -A -, fromone of the two sides - B - of thehigher carrier - C - that simplyslips off from the cuttinghandle

-. Being careful not to cutyourself, slip off from the cuttingbar - D -, the handle - E - andremove the two screws - F - andyou can replace the blade - G -.Once the substitution is com-plete reassemble the machinein the reverse order.

TEIL 2INSTALLATION

Das Folienschweigert EUROSEAL2001 PLUS wurde im Werk getestet und geprft.

Verpackung entfernen und das Gert unter Beachtung folgender Hinweise installieren:1. Das Folienschweigert auf eine flache Oberflche stellen; darauf achten, da

ausreichend Platz zum bequemen Arbeiten vorhanden ist.2. Das Gert nicht neben Splbecken u.. aufstellen, um Kontakt mit Wasser und eventuelle

Kurzschlsse zu vermeiden.3. Nicht in der Nhe von Wrmequellen aufstellen.4. Das Gert in normal belftete Rumen aufstellen.5. Sich vergewissern, da das Stromkabel nicht geknickt ist und bis zur Steckdose frei

verluft.

6. Stecker in die Steckdose stecken; das Gert ist nun betriebsbereit.

Das Gert kann auf Anfrage fr eine Netzspannung von 110 V, 50/60 Herz ausgelegt werden.

Euroseal 2001 PLUS ist das neue, revolutionre Folienschweigert von Euronda, das im Dauerzyklus mit kon-stanter Temperatur betrieben werden kann; die Schweinaht von 12 mm wird bei jeder Netzspannung garan-tiert (auf Anfrage kann das Gert mit 110 V-Spannung versorgt werden).Euroseal 2001 PLUS ist ein Gert mit einem modernen Design, innovativ und ergonomisch konzipiert, leichtzu verwenden und zu reinigen, mit abgerundeten Kanten. Es wird mit einem Rollenhalter geliefert, dessenAbmessungen der Mindestlnge des Gerts entsprechen. Es knnen Papier-/Polypropylenrollen frVersiegelung des Verpackungsguts mit einer Lnge von 100 oder 200 m verwendet werden. Die Rollen ver-schwinden unsichtbar in dem Gert. STERILISATIONSROLLEN UND -UMSCHLGEDie EUROSTERIL-Sterilisationsrollen und umschlge sind aus starkem Papier undPolypropylenfolie hergestellt. Sie eignen sich zur hygienischen Aufbewahrung der abgepack-ten und mit dem Folienschweigert versiegelten Produkte.Der erfolgte Sterilisationsproze wird durch Farbvernderung des papierseitigen Farbstreifensangezeigt.Die Rolle ermglicht die Einstellung der Verbrauchsmengen je nach der Gre des zu ver-packenden Gegenstands, um Verschwendungen so weit wie mglich einzuschrnken.Die EUROSTERIL-Rollen stehen in den folgenden Abmessungen zur Verfgung:- Rollen mit 100 Meter in den Breiten von 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 cm.- Rollen mit 200 Meter in den Breiten von 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 cm.- Rollen in Balgform mit 100 Meter mit Breite 20 x 5 cm.Die EUROSTERIL-Umschlge stehen in den folgenden Abmessungen zur Verfgung:

GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN

1. Vor dem Einschalten vergewissere man sich, da das Gert am Netz angeschlossen ist.Den oben auf der Maschine angebrachten POWER-Schalter -A - drcken.Die LED - B - an der Vorderseite des Gerts leuchtet grn auf, wenn derSchweiwiderstand die erforderliche Schweitemperatur erreicht hat.

2. Sterilisierrolle unter der Rollenfeststellvorrichtung - D - anbringen.Die Sterilisationsfolie kann wahlweise oder unten eingefhrt werden.

3. Den Schweihebel von der Position -G- nach unten in die Position -H- stellen.Nach Ende des Schweivorgangs leuchtet die LED - I - rot auf und ein Meldeton ertnt.

4. Den Schweihebel von der Position -L- nach oben in die Position -M- stellen.Beim Anheben des Hebels wird die LED wieder grn und der Ton verstummt. Die Maschine ist

nun fr den nchsten Schweivorgang bereit, ohne auf das Abkhlen warten zu mssen.*Hebt der Bediener den Hebel nach dem Schweivorgang nicht an, schaltet der Schweiwiderstandsich automatisch aus, um den Beutel nicht zu verbrennen; der Meldeton bleibt an. Sobald der Hebelangehoben wird, schaltet sich der Schweiwiderstand automatisch wieder ein. Einige Sekundenwarten, bis die optimale Schweitemperatur erreicht ist.

TEIL 5REINIGUNG DES FOLIEN SCHWEISSGERTES

Das Gert aussen mit einem fenchten Lappen reinigen, nachdem der ansschlusskabel

ausgestectt worden ist.Vor dem Arbeitsbeginn darauf achten, da das Gerttrocknen ist. Bei der Reinigung auf die Messerklinge aufpassen.

AUERORDENTLICHE WARTUNG UND ANMERKUNGEN

- Die Maschine erfordert keine ordentliche Wartung.Jeglicher auerordentlicher Wartungseingriff darf nur unter Beachtung der unter TEIL 2angegebenen Hinweise durchgefhrt werden.

- Die Wartung darf nur von Fachkrften durchgefuhrt werden.

AUSWECHSELN DES SCHWEIWIDERSTANDS,DES SILIKONGUMMIS UND DER ELEKTRONISCHEN KARTE

SCHWEIWIDERSTANDDie beiden Stopfen - A - desMesserschutzgehuses entfer-nen, die beiden Schrauben - I- lsen und die gesamte

Einheit - G - mitsamt denTellerfedern - B - anheben.Den Hebel - C - inPfeilrichtung herunterdrcken,anschlieend Schraube - U -,die den Isolationsblock - S -des Widerstandes festhlt,lsen und den Block heraus-nehmen: Ziehen Sie ihn dabei

solange nach links, bis dieSteckverbindung - E - aus derWiderstandshalterung heraus-kommt. Nun knnen derErdungsdraht vom AMP-Anschlu - D - und die eigent-liche Steckverbindung - E -gelst werden.Der Wiedereinbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, wobei darauf zu achten ist, da vor demgestschrauben der Gruppe - G - die Drhte in den richtigen Klemmen eingefhrt und die Tellerfedern - B -wieder angebracht werden.

PARTIE 2INSTALLATION

La thermosoudeuse EUROSEAL 2001 PLUS a t essaye et mise au point en usine.

Dballer l'appareil et l'installer en respectant les recommandations suivantes:1. Placer la thermosoudeuse sur une surface plane et entoure d'un espace prsentant debonnes conditions ergonomiques.

2. Ne pas installer la machine ct d'viers ou d'lments semblables, de faon viterle contact avec l'eau qui pourrait provoquer des courts-circuits du systme lectrique.

3. Ne pas l'installer proximit de sources de chaleur.4. Installer la machine dans des milieux normalement ars.5. S'assurer que le cble d'alimentation n'est pas pli et qu'il est dgag jusqu' la prise

lectrique.

6. Brancher la fiche; la machine est prte l'emploi.Sur demande, la machine peut tre alimente avec une tension de 110 V, 50/60 Hz.

Avant d'utiliser la thermosoudeuse lectronique EUROSEAL 2001 PLUS, lireattentivement les informations propres la scurit. Si elles ne sont pas obser-ves, elles risquent de provoquer des incidents ou d'endommager la machine.

NE PAS GLISSER LES DOIGTS DANS LA ZONE DE SOUDAGE LORSQUE LAMACHINE EST ALLUMEE. NE PAS GLISSER LES DOIGTS SOUS LE CARTER DEPROTECTION DE LA ZONE DE SOUDAGE LORSQUE LE LEVIER DE PRESSIONS'ABAISSE. NE JAMAIS GLISSER LES DOIGTS DANS LA LOGE DE COULISSE-MENT DU COUTEAU.

VEILLER A CE QUE L'ESPACE SITU PROXIMIT DE LA THERMO-SOUDEUSE DEMEURE PROPRE ET SEC.

NE JAMAIS DEMONTER LA THERMOSOUDEUSE EUROSEAL 2001 PLUS.LES HAUTES TENSIONS INTERNES SONT DANGEREUSES.Sil n'est pas possible de dconnecter de l'nergie lectrique, utiliser l'interrup-teur de rseau. Si ce dernier est loign ou qu'il n'est pas visible par le prpo-s l'entretien, placer une pancarte Travaux en cours sur l'interrupteurpralablement mis sur la position OFF.

NETTOYER LA MACHINE AVEC UN LINGE HUMIDE, PUIS S'ASSU-RER QUE LE CABLE D'ALIMENTATION DE CETTE DERNIERE ESTDEBRANCHE (Avant de rutiliser la machine, enlever les ven-tuelles traces d'humidit). NE PAS UTILISER DE SOLVANTS.

S'ASSURER QUE LE SYSTEME EST EQUIPE D'UNE PRISE DE TERRECONFORME AUX NORMES EN VIGUEUR DANS LE PAYS D'INSTAL-LATION.

NE PAS RETIRER L'ETIQUETTE APPOSE SUR LA MACHINE.

S'ASSURER QUE L'ALIMENTATION DE CETTE DERNIERE EST CORRECTE.

AVERTISSEMENT

- La machine est conforme aux conditions de scurit requises par les Instituts deNormalisation et est munie d'une biche bipolaire garantissant le raccordement completde l'appareil la terre.

- Seule la rsistance est connecte la terre, puisque le reste de l'appareil est doubleisolation.

- Pour la scurit, il est fondamental que le systme lectrique dispose d'une prise de terreefficace et que l'alimentation du systme et les prises de courant soient adaptes lapuissance de l'appareil indique sur l'tiquette. Faire contrler l'installation par dupersonnel spcialis.

LA NON-OBSERVATION DE CE QUI EST DECRITDEGAGE EURONDA S.p.A. DE TOUTE RESPONSABILITE.

RACCORDEMENT ELECTRIQUE

S'assurer que la tension d'alimentation indique sur l'tiquette situe sur le ct de la machi-ne, correspond celle qui est disponible sur le lieu d'installation.

L'appareil doit tre raccord avec un cble d'alimentation un systme muni d'une prise deterre approprie et conforme aux normes en vigueur dans le pays d'installation.

ATTENTION: Ne provoquer aucun pli sur le cble d'alimentation et n'y apposer aucunobjet de quelque nature que ce soit.

PARTIE 3DESCRIPTION

Euroseal 2001 PLUS est la nouvelle thermosoudeuse lectronique d'Euronda. Rvolutionnaire, elle est cycle continu, temprature constante, soudage de 12 mm et elle est garantie contre toute tension prsente sur la ligne (sur demande,la machine peut galement tre alimente 110 volts). Euroseal 2001 PLUS est une machine au design moderne, nou-veau et ergonomique. Facile utiliser et nettoyer, elle prsente des formes arrondies et est munie d'un porte-rouleauxdont les dimensions sont limites aux longueurs minimales de la machine. Il est possible d'insrer des rouleaux de stri-lisation escamotables en papier/polypropylne de 100 ou de 200 mtres. La nouvelle technologie de constructionadopte permet de rduire au minimum la consommation d'nergie de la machine, d'obtenir des temps de soudage trsrapides vitant les temps de refroidissement entre un soudage et l'autre et permettant d'augmenter nettement la fiabilitde la thermosoudeuse, en liminant les oprations d'entretien et/ou de rparation de cette dernire. Euroseal 2001PLUS est totalement construite conformment la norme CE et aux niveaux de qualit indiqus par cette dernire.

ROULEAUX ET ENVELOPPES DE STERILISATIONLes rouleaux et les enveloppes de strilisation EUROSTERIL sont produits en papier hautgrammage et en film de polypropylne. Ils sont indiqus pour la conservation hyginique desinstruments envelopps et emballs avec la thermosoudeuse.Ils disposent dun indicateur dexcution du processus de strilisation, par virage de la bandecolore qui se trouve sur le ct papier.Lutilisation du rouleau permet de rgler la consommation de ce dernier, en fonction des dimen-sions de lobjet conserver, ce qui permet de rduire les gchis au strict minimum.Les rouleaux EUROSTERIL sont disponibles dans les dimensions suivantes:- Rouleaux de 100 mtres, largeurs de 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 cm.- Rouleaux de 200 mtres, largeurs de 5,5 - 7,5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 cm.- Rouleaux soufflet de 100 mtres, largeur 20 x 5 cm.Les enveloppes EUROSTERIL sont disponibles dans les dimensions suivantes:

PARTIE 4INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'UTILISATION

1. S'assurer que le raccordement lectrique de la machine a t excut.Appuyer sur linterrupteur latral POWER -A - situ sur le ct suprieur de la machine.La led lumineuse - B - situe sur le devant de la machine devient verte lorsquela rsistance a atteint une temprature de soudage optimale.

2. Insrer le rouleau de strilisation sous le dispositif de blocage rouleau -D-.Le sachet peut tre insr avec le film en dessus ou en dessous.

3. Abaisser le levier de soudage en le dplaant de la position -G- la position -H-.A la fin du soudage, la led lumineuse - I - devient rouge et la sonnerie retentit.

4. Lever le levier de soudage en le dplaant de la position -L- la position -M-.Le levier tant lev, la led redevient verte et la sonnerie cesse. La machine est prte pour lesoudage suivant sans devoir attendre de refroidir.* Si l'utilisateur ne lve pas le levier aprs le soudage, la rsistance s'teint automatiquement,

pour ne pas brler le sachet, laissant la sonnerie fonctionner.Ds que le levier est relev, la rsistance se rallume automatiquement.Il est ncessaire d'attendre quelques secondes pour rtablir une temprature de soudage optimale.

PARTIE 5NETTOYAGE DE LA THERMOSOUDEUSE

- Essuyer la partie externe de la machine avec un chiffon lgrement humide,

aprs avoir vrifi que le cordon dalimentation de la machine est dbranch de la fiche(tension de secteur).Avant de commencer le travail, vrifier que la machine est sche.Faire attention la lame du couteau pendant le nettoyage de lappareil.

ENTRETIEN EXTRAORDINAIRE ET AVERTISSEMENTS- La machine nexige aucun entretien ordinaire.- Pour toute intervention dEntretien Extraordinaire, suivre les instructions de la PARTIE 2.- Tout lentretien doit tre effectu par du personnel comptent.

REMPLACEMENT DE LA RSISTANCE, DU JOINT EN CAOUTCHOUCAU SILICONE ET DE LA CARTE LECTRONIQUE

RSISTANCEEnlever les deux bouchons -A

- du carter de protection ducouteau, puis desserrer lesdeux vis - I -; soulever tout legroupe - G - avec les ressorts godet - B -.Baisser le levier - C -, commeindiqu par la flche, puisenlever la vis - U - du bloc iso-lant rsistance - S - et le reti-rer, en le tirant gauche et enle soulevant jusqu la sortiedu connecteur - E - du supportrsistance.A ce point, il est possible dedbrancher le fil de mise laterre de la fixation - D - et leconnecteur - E -.Pour le remontage, effectuer ces oprations dans le sens inverse en faisant attention lintroduction des filsdans leurs siges et remettre leur place les ressorts godet - B - avant de refixer avec les vis le grou-pe - G -.

CAOUTCHOUC SILICONE:

Dmonter le groupe - G - comme indiqu avant, puis enlever le joint en caoutchouc la sili-cone - N - et le rintroduire en poussant.

CARTE LECTRONIQUE:Abaisser le levier, dvisser la poigne de laxe - C -, enlever le carter avant - R- en desser-rant les vis suprieures - O - en introduisant le tournevis dans le trou -V- du carter suprieur.Enlever aussi les deux pieds dappui - P - situs au-dessous de la machine. Enlever les vis defixation de la carte - T -, puis la retirer de son logement.

Aprs avoir effectu les remplacements ncessaires, remonter la machine eneffectuant les oprations indiques ci-haut dans le sens inverse.

REMPLACEMENT DE LALAME COUTEAU

Enlever la vis -A -, partir del'une de ses deux cotes - B - ducarter suprieure - C - qui doit

simplement tre dgag avecle poigne du couteau - E -.En veillant ne pas se couper,dgager de hampe du couteau- E - le poigne
