Malu Burger Ingredients ½ c. squash 2 c breadcrumbs ½ c. flour 2pcs. Eggs ¼ c. fishflakes ¼ c. malunggay 2 tbsp. onion 2 tbsp. garlic 2 tbsp. tomatoes 2 ts. Iodized salt 1 c. cooking oil Season to taste Procedure: 1. Chop finely all the ingredients 2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl 3. Be sure that all the ingredients are mix thoroughly 4. Form into patties and fry in a low heat until golden brown 5. Put the patties in the burger 6. Garnish it with catsup and lettuce 7. Serve while it is hot. Ingredients

7 c. water2 c. malungay¼ c. ginger¼ c. calamansi juiceSugar to taste

Procedure:

1. Boil the ginger and malunggay together2. Separate the juice and let it cool.3. Mix together the calamansi juice and sugar4. Serve it with ice.
