Malu Burger
Ingredients
½ c. squash 2 c breadcrumbs ½ c. flour 2pcs. Eggs ¼ c. fishflakes¼ c. malunggay2 tbsp. onion2 tbsp. garlic2 tbsp. tomatoes2 ts. Iodized salt1 c. cooking oilSeason to taste
Procedure:
1. Chop finely all the ingredients2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl3. Be sure that all the ingredients are mix thoroughly4. Form into patties and fry in a low heat until golden brown5. Put the patties in the burger6. Garnish it with catsup and lettuce7. Serve while it is hot.
Kamungi Juice
Ingredients:
7 c. water2 c. malungay¼ c. ginger¼ c. calamansi juiceSugar to taste
Procedure:
1. Boil the ginger and malunggay together2. Separate the juice and let it cool.3. Mix together the calamansi juice and sugar4. Serve it with ice.
