- Per accedere al numero di identificazione del telaio, procedere come segue: - Posizionare lo scooter sul cavalletto centrale. - Inserire la chiave di accensione e ruotarla in senso antiorario, (senza premere) per sbloccare la serratura della sella. - Sollevare la sella. - Rimuovere il coperchietto (A - F. 1) posto sul fondo del vano portacasco, al di sotto del quale visibile il numero di telaio. - Il numero di identificazione del motore visibile sul carter sinistro del motore stesso (B - F. 2).

IDENTIFIKATIONSDATENRAHMEN - Um Zugang zur Identifikationsnummer des Rahmens zu erhalten, folgendermaen vorgehen: - Den Motorroller auf dem Zentralen Stnder aufblocken. - Den Zndschlssel einstecken und (ohne zu drcken) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um das Schloss des Sattels zu ffnen. - Den Sattel hochklappen. - Den Deckel (A - Abb. 1) auf dem Boden des Helmfaches entfernen, um die darunter angebrachte Identifikationsnummer zu kontrollieren. - Die Identifikationsnummer des Motors ist von der linken Seite des Motorgehuses (B - Abb. 2) sichtbar.

- In order to read the identification frame number proceed as follows: - Place the scooter on its main stand - insert the ignition key and rotate it anti-clockwise, (without making any pressure) in order to unblock the saddle lock -l f t e s d l it h ade - remove the small cover (A - F. 1) placed on the bottom of the helmet compartment. Once removed the frame number will be visible. - The engine identification number can be seen on the left case of the engine itself (B - F. 2).

Dabei wie folgt vorgehen: Bei abgestelltem Motor die Taste MODE (A - Abb. 13) drcken, den Zndschlssel auf Position ON ( ) drehen und dabei die Taste stets gedrckt halten. Auf dem Display erscheint die Meldung zur Besttigung, da der lwechsel ausgefhrt wurde.

In order to reach the fuel tank proceed as follows: The scooter must be positioned on its main stand. Remove the ignition key. Press on the top of the cover (1 - F. 15) placed in the front of the saddle. Insert the key, loosen the cap (2) and fill up the tank. In case after the filling up of the tank, fuel traces should appear on the body, it is advisable to immediately clean the said areas.

AMOTORLKONTROLLE Das Kraftrad vollkommen aufrecht auf den mittleren Stnder stellen, den Motor anlassen und warm laufen lassen. Anschlieend den Motor abstellen und einige Minuten warten, bis sich das l saiiir ht tblset a. Den mit Mestab versehenen Deckel ausschrauben und entfernen (A). Den Mestab subern und, ohne diesen einzuschrauben, wieder in den Sitz des Motorgehuses einfgen. Den Mestab herausziehen und den lstand kontrollieren. Der optimale lstand liegt zwischen den am Mestab befindlichen Indexen MIN. und MAX. Falls der lstand niedriger ist, l folgenden Typs nachfllen: Q8 CLASS 10W-40. AUSWECHSELUNG Den Motor einige Minuten lang warm laufen lassen. Der Austausch des Motorls muss bei warmem Motor vorgenommen werden. Den Motor abstellen. Einen Behlter unter die Ablasschraube (A - F. 20) am Gehuse stellen. Den Ablasstopfen samt Messtab entfernen und das l abflieen lassen. Das Netz innen mit Druckluft subern. Den Zustand der O-Ring-Dichtung am Stutzen kontrollieren und, falls beschdigt, austauschen. Den Einsatzfilter (B) samt O-Ring-Dichtung entfernen und durch einen neuen ersetzen. Vor Einbau des Einsatzfilters die entsprechende O-RingDichtung einschmieren und die gesamte Gruppe per Hand fest zuschrauben. Das Netz einlegen und den Stutzen samt O-Ring-Dichtung wiedereinbauen. l in den Motor einfllen, den mit Messtab versehenen Stutzen aufsetzen und bis zum Anschlag festdrehen. Den Motor anlassen, um den neuen Filter und die Schmieranlage zu laden. Den Motor abstellen und nach ca. 5 Minuten den lstand kontrollieren. Falls erforderlich l bis auf den MAX.-Pegel nachfllen.Das Altl enthlt umweltschdliche Substanzen. Deshalb empfiehlt es sich diese Arbeit von einer von Malaguti autrorisierten Kundendienststelle ausfhren zu lassen, die mit den geeigneten Mitteln zur Entsorgung des Altls unter Einhaltung der geltenden Umweltvorschriften ausgerstet ist.

Use compressed air to clean the inner gauze strainer. Check the drain plug O-ring for wear and replace it, if necessary. Remove the cartridge filter (B) and the O-ring and replace it with a new one. Top up oil and tighthen the dipstickcap back. Start the engine to load the new filter and the lubrication system. Stop the engine and, after around 5 minutes, check the oil level, topping it up to its Max. level, if necessary.

AHUILE MOTEURCONTRLE Mettre la moto en position parfaitement verticale sur la bquille centrale, dmarrer le moteur et le laisser tourner. Si t le niveau est infrieur, remettre niveau avec de lhuile: Q8 CLASS 10W-40. VIDANGE Faire tourner le moteur pendant quelques minutes. La vidange de lhuile doit se faire quand le moteur est chaud. Arrter le moteur. Positionner un rcipient pour lhuile sous le carter en face du bouchon (A - F. 20). Contrler ltat de la bague OR du bouchon, et si elle est abme, la changer. Dmonter le filtre a cartouche (B) avec la bague OR et le remplacer par un neuf. Avant de monter le filtre cartouche, lubrifier la bague OR correspondante, visser le tout en serrant la main. Rinstaller la grille et remonter le bouchon avec la bague OR. Ravitailler le moteur en huile et remettre le bouchon avec la jauge en le vissant entirement. Visser le moteur pour charger le nouveau filtre et le circuit de lubrification. Arrter le moteur et aprs environ 5 minutes, contrler le niveau dhuile et ventuellement remettre le niveau au maximum. Lhuile utilise contient des substances nocives pour lenvironnement, cest pourquoi nous conseillons de sadresser un centre autoris Malaguti quip pour llimination des huiles, dans le respect des rglementations en vigueur. Note : le filtre de lhuile cartouche doit tre chang chaque vidange dhuile en mme temps que le joint correspondant.35 05/02

AUSWECHSELUNG Die in Punkt 1-2 o. a. Arbeiten ausfhren. Anschlieend einen Behlter unter das Motorgehuse stellen, die Ablasschraube (B) aufschrauben. Dabei auf die Dichtungsscheibe achten. Das l einige Minuten lang in den Behlter abflieen lassen B (Achtung: Verbrhungsgefahr). Den lablasstopfen samt Dichtung wiederansetzen und ca. 150 cc neues l nachfllen ( 80W). Anschlieend den mit Messtab Q8 T35 - 80W versehenen Stutzen einfgen (A - F. 21). Ist die Dichtung des Ablasstopfens beschdigt, diese austauschen. Achtung! Verbrennungsgefahr.

Attenzione alle scottature.

Prestare attenzione a non far penetrare corpi estranei allinterno del carter motore e a non imbrattare di olio il pneumatico e la ruota posteriore. Nota: controllare che non si verifichino perdite in corrispondenza della zona della ruota posteriore.

Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass keine Fremdkrper in das Motorgehuse gelangen und dass das Rad und der Reifen hinten nicht mit l beschmutzt werden. Hinweis: Kontrollieren Sie, dass am hinteren Rad keine Leckagen vorhanden sind.
