Decenas de miles de saharauis viven desde hace más de treinta años en campamentos provisionales, refugiados en el desierto argelino. Los niños, por culpa de esa situación, se ven obligados a viajar lejos para completar sus estudios. Muchos se forman en Cuba, durante un periodo de más de doce años fuera de casa. Este documental narra el día a día de estos estudiantes, tanto en el desierto, como en Cuba, en un viaje de ida y vuelta lleno de contrastes.

For more than thirty years, tens of thousands of Saharawi have lived in makeshift camps, refugees in the Algerian desert. Because of this situation, children are forced to travel far to complete their studies. Many are trained in Cuba during a period of more than twelve years away from home. This documentary chronicles the daily lives of these students, both in the desert, as in Cuba, in a round trip full of contrasts.

Manolo's is in a complete mid life crisis. His work routine is unbearable, his marriage to Beatriz is on the verge of collapse, and not even his children can give his life any meaning. One day, by chance, he runs into Antonio, a mischievous 15-year-old teen ager who is suffering cancer, but who has a contagious will to live. The relationship between these two improbable friends ends up affecting everyone who crosses their path. Little by little, in a twist of fate, an improbable group of characters are united in a chaotic Christmas dinner. Malagasy Gospel es el relato documental de una experiencia única en el mundo. Una coral de gospel formada por 15 niños ciegos abandonados y 15 niñas provenientes de la explotación infantil, todos ellos del sur de Madagascar, salen por primera vez de su país para, a lo largo de un mes y más de 20 conciertos, transmitir al mundo su mensaje en reivindicación de los derechos fundamentales de la infancia. El derecho a tener una identidad, a no ser invisibles, a poder ir a la escuela, a poder decidir su futuro.

Malagasy Gospel is the documentary story of a unique experience in the world. A Gospel Choir composed of 15 blind abandoned children and 15 girls that were exploited by child labour, all of them born in South Madagascar. They leave their country for the first time, and during a month, they perform more than 20 concerts to show the world their message in favour of children's rights. The right to have an identity, and not being invisible, the right to go to school and be able to choose their own future.

La Maleta Mexicana narra la historia de tres cajas que fueron encontradas en un apartamento de la Ciudad de México en 2007, tras haber desaparecido en medio del caos que reinaba en Europa a comienzos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Esta maleta contenía 4.500 negativos fruto del trabajo de tres amigos que se conocieron en París entre 1936 y 1937 y que se convirtieron después en los mejores fotorreporteros de su tiempo. Exiliados de sus propios países: Alemania, Polonia y Hungría, fueron radicales que entendieron los peligros del fascismo. Viajaron juntos a España para combatirlo con sus cámaras. Sus nombres eran Robert Capa, David "Chim" Seymour y Gerda Taro.

The Mexican Suitcase tells the story of three lost boxes, found in a closet in Mexico City in 2007, that disappeared in the chaos in Europe at the beginning of World War II. Contained in the suitcase were 4,500 unique negatives, the work of three friends, who met in Paris between 1936 and 1937, who would become some of the finest photojournalists of their time; exiled from their respective countries, Germany, Poland and Hungary. Miguel Hernández nació en Orihuela (Alicante) en 1910, y es recordado por su poesía de atmósfera sencilla, pero cargada de emoción. Su obra y su trayectoria vital nos hablan de la imperiosa necesidad poética y creativa de un hombre que no renunció a su pasión, a pesar de las adversidades. Desde su infancia humilde y restrictiva, echó mano de sus buenos amigos, para no abandonar la lectura. Viajó a Madrid en varias ocasiones, con gran esfuerzo e inquietudes aún mayores, para contagiar su estilo de grandes autores. Conoció a José María Cossío, García Lorca, Pablo Neruda y Vicente Aleixandre, pero nada marcaría más su devenir vital y estético como el tema del amor que se trasladaría de lo divino a lo humano, cuando conoce a Josefina Manresa. Comprometido con los acontecimientos del país de 1936 a 1939, se vio en la necesidad de escribir poesía de propaganda. Vivencias más tristes, como la muerte de su primer hijo, o las penalidades de la guerra civil nos dejarían legados tan profundos como 'Nanas de la cebolla'. Fiel a su pasado militante, se negó a adscribirse al nuevo régimen, y falleció encarcelado, en 1942, tras una larga penuria moral y física agravada por la tuberculosis, con tan sólo 32 años.

reading. He travelled to Madrid on numerous occasions, with great verve and thirst for knowledge, to gain inspiration for his own work from important writers. He met José María Cossío, García Lorca, Pablo Neruda and Vicente Aleixandre, but nothing would shape his life and aesthetic evolution as much as the love that would move from the divine to the human when he met Josefina Manresa. Involved in events in Spain between 1936 and 1939, he saw the need to write poetry as propaganda. Tragic experiences, such as the death of his first son, or the hardships of the Civil War, leave us with profound work such as 'Nanas de la cebolla' ('Onion Lullaby'). Faithful to his military past, he refused to ascribe to the new regime and died in prison in 1942, as, after long moral and physical destitution, he succumbed to tuberculosis at just 32 year of age.

En el distrito de El Milagro, los niños son explotados para trabajar en diversos lugares, principalmente en el vertedero al que llega la basura de Trujillo, de un millón de habitantes. Ahí recogen los residuos sólidos para su posterior reciclaje, por lo que cobran un dólar y medio o dos por día de trabajo. A raíz de trabajar en un lugar peligroso y contaminante, sus vidas están constantemente rodeadas de peligro.

In the district of El Milagro, children are exploited to work in many places, mainly the rubbish dump for Trujillo's million inhabitants. They collect solid waste to be recycled, receiving a dollar and a half for every day worked, but the toil in such a dangerous and polluted place is constantly putting their lives put at risk.

Buenos Aires, March 1982. On the streets of the Argentinean capital, people are challenging the military dictatorship. Victor Cordoba is a young successful writer who comes down because of his drug addiction. After all, he tries to detoxify. To get this, he moves from Valencia, where he lives, to a country house in Xativa, where he was born. Once there, he will meet up with old memories which torment himself again.

Largometraje de gran formato sobre Enrique Morente y la impresionante producción musical realizada sobre textos de Pablo Picasso y cantes flamencos más tradicionales. Este es el último trabajo en la vida de Enrique Morente, por lo que se ha constituido como su legado musical y de su pensamiento. A lo largo de la película el propio Enrique Morente habla sobre su vida, el flamenco, la familia, la genialidad de Picasso y su historia de amistad con el barbero Eugenio Arias. Interpreta canciones de palos tradicionales del flamenco, mezclados con fusiones y otras músicas. Canta por primera y última vez con toda su familia en los Baños Árabes de Granada. Hay documentos visuales únicos y se incluye la última canción cantada en su vida, el Ángel Caído (de Antonio Vega), junto al pianista de jazz Federico Lechner. Se han grabado sus conciertos en el castillo de Buitrago del Lozoya, pueblo del barbero de Picasso, y en el Liceo de Barcelona (el que para algunos expertos fue el mejor concierto de su vida). Todo ha sido rodado con siete cámaras de alta definición y el sonido en 63 pistas.

"Morir sense morir" es un largometraje basado en hechos reales en el que se mezcla la ficción con el documental. Alba queda en estado vegetativo después de sufrir un accidente de coche, Esteve -su compañero sentimental- tras sobrevivir al mismo y viendo que Alba no evoluciona, decide rodar un documental sobre el derecho a morir dignamente en España y el resto de Europa. La película avanza en paralelo entre la situación personal de Esteve y la investigación que realiza para el documental.

Dying Without Dying wants to make a reflection upon euthanasia and a dignified death. In the fictional part, the protagonist’s partner remains in a permanent vegetative state after a car accident. He decides to investigate on the right to have a dignified death. The documentary part of our film is exactly the same report that the main character is working with. In it we will have the opinion of several specialists as well as people affected by this subject.

En el Logroño de 1959, Fabianito, adolescente y aprendiz de poeta, asiste perplejo a la grotesca organización del velatorio de su bisabuelo, don Fabián, ex-funcionario y taurino de pro, que ha gastado los ahorros de una vida en comprarse una televisión. Fabianito descubrirá el amor en estas circunstancias, mientras la familia aguarda impaciente la llegada del alcalde con la intención de que nombre a don Fabián "hijo ilustre". Los acontecimientos y las visitas desbordarán a la familia del finado, ya complicada de por sí, generando situaciones cómicas y macabras.

Set in World War Two, the story focuses on Irene Solaguren, the wife of doctor Manuel Larralde, who is weighing up the possibility of joining an underground association in the Pyrenees called Red Comette. The aim of the group is to help British pilots bombed down on the front by Germany to recover and return to Britain. But Irene, from a Republican family, is in two minds about joining Comette. Her decision is further complicated by a chain of events in her family.

He is, however, largely unknown and has been neglected in the field of political thought, ostracized by academics of contemporary history.

Un domingo cualquiera, otro más, el inspector de policía Santos Trinidad de camino a casa, ya muy borracho, se ve involucrado en un triple asesinato. Following the trail of a missing girl, Police Inspector Santos Trinidad gets involved in a shooting. The result: three dead bodies and a witness who manages to escape. Santos will get into hot water explaining the mess if he does not find the witness. The hunt begins. Judge Chacon will be in charge of investigating the events occurred the night of the dreadful shooting. As they investigate the case, Santos and Chacon will discover that behind an apparently normal war between drug dealers and common criminals lies a plot more complex and dangerous than they could ever have imagined.

Como muchos actores, Ava Gardner odiaba ver sus películas. Decía que la mujer de la pantalla no era ella. Pero todas las películas cuentan dos relatos: el argumento y la historia de los cuerpos filmados. Esta película cuenta lo que sucedió entre dos imágenes: un primer plano de Pandora y un primer plano de Harén, el primero y el último que Ava rodó en España. Seguramente, Ava pensaría que ninguna de esas dos mujeres se parecía en nada a ella misma.

Like so many other actors, Ava Gardner hated to watch her films. She said that the woman on the screen wasn't her. But all films tell two stories: the plot and the tale of the bodies filmed. This film narrates what happened between two images: a close-up from Pandora and a close-up from Harem, the first and last movie filmed by the actress in Spain. Ava must certainly have thought that neither of these two women had anything in common with herself.

The historical drama of Spain, including the entire Spanish Civil War. El gobierno por motivos económicos decide vaciar de los hospitales psiquiátricos, a aquellos enfermos que habiendo superado las terapias aplicadas, no representen una amenaza para la sociedad. Suau, después de siete años recluido por asesinato, se acoge a dicha ley y queda en libertad. Suau, queda a la deriva y en la calle, sin saber qué hacer, relegado a trabajos sociales y confundido, decide ir a su casa materna. Allí comprobara que su madre ha muerto y que su padre está en la ruina, y que para sobrevivir ha tenido que vender sus mejores muebles y enseres personales Su padre esta viviendo de la pensión de su difunta suegra, que para seguir cobrándola, la mantiene enterrada en el jardín. En un primer momento la relación entre Suau y su padre parece estable, pero a medida que ambos profundizan en el interior de sus pasados, la relación se torna gris y peligrosa. Mientras tanto ambos para sobrevivir realizan un macabro pacto, con graves consecuencias para los dos….

For economic reasons the government decides to clear out the psychiatric hospitals, remove those patients that have undergone applied therapy and represent no danger to society. Suau, after being interned for seven years for murder, welcomes the law and walks free. After drifting around on the street, confused and working in different jobs in the community, he decides to set out for his maternal home. Once there he sees that his mother is dead and his father is close to ruin; he's had to sell his best furniture and personal belongings and is living off the pension of his deceased mother-in-law, who he keeps
