The Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pagasenso (P3) Program is a PHP1 billion Enterprise Rehabilitation Financing facility created to support micro and small businesses affected by the COVID-19 in the country.

Home Development Fund (Pag-IBIG)–Calamity Loan.

The Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity Loan Program "seeks to provide immediate financial aid to affected members in calamity-stricken areas.

Any Pag-IBIG Fund member who satisfies the following requirements: • Has made at least twenty-

four (24) monthly savings (MS);

• A member who has withdrawn his MS due to membership maturity, or who has optionally withdrawn his MS, cannot avail a calamity loan unless and until after he has subsequently paid 24 MS following the month of said withdrawal.

The following activities of BPO companies and their support service providers shall be allowed throughout the extended ECQ period:

• Delivery, installation or transfer of necessary equipment to set-up for the WFH arrangement, including provisions for trouble-shooting support;

• Delivery or installation of telecommunication services by telcos;

• Delivery of logistical support, such as food or essential goods of the personnel in the temporary housing or on WFH; and

• Other support services necessarily required in the operations of BPO companies.

• The export enterprises can enhance their operations by deploying workers under an on-site or near-site accommodation arrangement or by providing point-to-point shuttle services.

• Company ID containing address of employer and employee residence address;

The Shared Service Facilities project aims to increase the production capacities and improve product quality of MSMEs which are crucial in addressing challenges such as the pandemic.

MSMEs benefit from this as they are the ones who are given access to better technologies and sophisticated equipment which, in turn, would increase their productivity and competitiveness.

The Department of Trade and Industry is the one to mobilize the MSMEs that they deem fit among their list of SSF Cooperators. In this particular case, the SSF Cooperators undergo training to hone their practical skills and production control.
