The BRIT Awards has a special place in the Payne and Gunter calendar and each year they strive to make it a chart topping hit!
Months of planning go into each event which has a bespoke theme every year, with menu planning and tastings taking place throughout the autumn.
Past menus have included locally sourced Gressingham duck confit with creamed spinach, roasted vegetable hash, braised red cabbage with bramley apple and golden sultanas and duck glaze and for dessert a platter of mini delights.
Payne and Gunter’s long association with the BRIT Awards demonstrates that, like a perfect soufflé, they will rise to the biggest of occasions.

Every other year the Payne and Gunter team are proud to spend an excellent week working with BAE systems, guided by Rapiergroup at the Farnborough International Airshow.
Payne and Gunter cater for a range of dining concepts including the newly created informal ‘Airline Lounge’ style restaurant. This concept has made a leap from the more formal dining hospitality offer and has proved to be exceptionally popular offering a more relaxed environment in which to do business. Other areas include the bar terrace, private dining rooms plus media and staff areas. On an average day at Farnborough Payne and Gunter cater for a staggering 700 guests but maintain their high quality to ensure that their clients, like their guests, are always impressed.
