Let’s make a PowerPoint

but…how?

Go to your computer’s HOME button and look for the PowerPoint application to open it.

All PowerPoint presentations have got a TITLE that includes other important information.

Do you want to try and do it?

Let’s go!

This is the page that you are seeing now.

It isn’t a title page, so let’s change it.

Click on this icon.

Now you can write the title and add some more information by clicking on the “writing button” and, with the help of the mouse, drawing a rectangle.

Now add a new SLIDE by clicking on the left white column with the mouse right button and choose the correct option so you can start writing and pasting pictures.

How can we paste pictures? There are two options.

1. From the Internet.

2. From a folder.

From the Internet.

Go to Google website and write the followong text: mapa comarques catalunyaClick on this link

Choose the picture that you like the most. Click on it with the mouse right button and choose the “copy image” option.

Go back to the PowerPoint. Click with the mouse right button on the correct slide and choose the “paste” option.

From a folder.

Open the folder where the picture is in.

Open the correct picture. Click on it with the mouse right button and choose “copy” option.

Go back to the PowerPoint. Click with the mouse right button on the correct slide and choose the “paste” option.

You can change the size and the position of the pictures.

Use these white circles to change size and shape.

Use this green circle to change position.

Did you see what happens when you pass through the slides?

And now, did you see it?

Click on the first slide.

Click on “Presentación” and then on “Slide transition”.

A new column appears on the right side of the screen.

Choose the option that you like the most.

Choose one of the three option.

Choose these two options.

Click here to check the result.

Now your PowerPoint presentation is ready to be projected in a big screen.

When this moment comes, you just need to make sure that you choose the presentation mode.Click on the first slide.

Click on the presentation mode button.

Choose one of these three different option to pass through the slides.
