1Our entry-level package is designed for smaller businesses that require a highly cost-effective web solution, but have the time, resource and expertise to create their own website brief, sitemap, photography and copy.

2Package 2 delivers a bespoke website design and development service, with upfront support to create the website brief and the sitemap to ensure your new website has all the desired functionality to meet your business objectives.This package also provides a base level of copywriting, ongoing content creation and email newsletters.

3Package 3 delivers a significantly enhanced service, ideal for businesses with more complex marketing requirements, such as branding. The service encompasses enhanced website functionality including a client or media portal, search, online chat and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration. This is in addition to a comprehensive copywriting and ongoing content creation service.

4Package 4 is our most comprehensive digital managed service, designed for dynamic, fast-paced businesses who require a highly flexible and responsive website design and development service. Created for companies that require regular website content and structural updates including new pages.

Getting started... the briefThis can be the most challenging part of a project. Your relationship manager will expertly guide and support you throughout this stage ensuring your objectives are well-understood and documented from the outset, in your branding and website brief.

The brief will include your project objectives, desired outcomes, and timelines. Importantly it also documents:

• A new website sitemap - an important part of the website brief as it will form the cornerstone of a robust Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy;

• Your new website’s functionality - ensuring it has all the attributes required to make it the valuable business tool you require.

DesignSome of our clients already have a brand, others are looking to evolve it or to launch a new one. The perfect time to consider this is when you’re investing in a new website. Therefore our higher packages include our branding design service.

Key outputs from this stage include:

Branding design: We can evolve your existing logo or create a completely new brand for your business, you decide! Once completed, your new brand will be available in a variety of formats. The service also includes the design of a new stationery suite.

Template website design: Package 1 includes a choice of website template designs, a quick and cost-effective way to create a new website.

Bespoke website design: Packages 2-4 include a bespoke website (home, and internal page) design service. Your new website will be completely unique to your business.

ContentWith your website objectives well-understood and the design and sitemap approved, it’s now important to consider how your existing content – text and images – meet these requirements.

Good quality content will be fundamental to the success of your new website both in terms of engaging your visitors and search engine performance. This is why all of our packages include content services – copywriting and photography – just select the level of service you require:

Basic copywriting service: Initial advice and guidance on how to improve your website copy for improved user engagement and search engine performance.

Intermediate copywriting service: Working with you, one of our qualified optimised copywriters will enhance your website copy to improve user engagement and search engine performance.

Full copywriting service: We will prepare a questionnaire which we will complete – from existing marketing materials, face-to- face interviews and market research – and use to write optimised website content.

Pre-launch photography and video: All of our services include pre-launch photography, with our highest package also including an annual refresh and corporate video.

DevelopThis is where your new website comes to life, it will be developed to the agreed specification set out in the brief. Whichever package you choose, it will be built using WordPress, include a full Content Management System (CMS), and meet the latest web standards. This stage also includes the population of your website with text and images, and basic optimisation.

Higher Packages include:Client/media portal: A dedicated area of your website for the storage and retrieval of documents. It can be a dedicated client area only accessed by a password, or a media library open to all.

Events system: Making it easy to add/remove and manage your events.

Website search: Improving the User Experience (UX) by making it quick and easy to find information - perfect for content-rich websites.

Online chat: Engage with your clients via online chat with the flexibility to only offer the service when you are available.

CRM integration: Leads captured on your website are automatically populated in to your CRM system.

LaunchWe follow a robust launch checklist to ensure your website is fully tested before it goes live. At this stage, you will be able to view your website online (but privately) for final amends and approvals.

Our launch service also includes page redirects (301’s), ensuring your existing page search engine rankings are protected, with traffic diverted to the relevant page on your new website.

Post-launchThe hard-work and commitment that it takes to launch a new website is certainly worth celebrating. However, it is really only the first step, as your new website needs continually nurturing to ensure it delivers.

This is precisely why Reech has developed its digital managed services. Too many businesses are left with a shiny new website, but do not have the internal resources or expertise to maintain, monitor and evolve it...

SupportYou will have been working closely with your relationship manager to get your website live. However, their support will continue with website CMS training available as soon as your website is live. This training session will take place at Reech HQ with one of our CMS experts ensuring that going forward you have the knowledge and confidence to update your website, if you wish. Or why not select one of our higher packages so we can do this for you?

Once your training is completed, if you have a question or concern, your relationship manager will continue to support you. Email, telephone and face-to-face support options are available.

We will also continue to deliver proactive support. We will email you regular website performance reports with key recommendations. Quarterly face-to-face performance reviews at Reech HQ (with a Google Analytics and SEO expert) are also available.

EvolveOnce your website is live it needs to growand evolve to continue to meet your objectives. The regular addition of new landing pages, articles and case studies is critical to its ongoing success. This is why the writing and uploading of new content is an important part of our offer.

Our packages can also include enhanced digital marketing services i.e. online advertising and email newsletters, all designed to drive traffic to your website.

The online advertising service includes the set up and ongoing management of online advertising campaigns (Google Adwords, Facebook etc) but excludes campaign budgets. With the email newsletter service including set up, design and distribution of a Mailchimp newsletter.
