(1) The Board of Commission-ers, in and for the County of Scott, Minnesota, met in the Courthouse Board Room in the City of Shako-pee, Minnesota, and convened at 9:00 a.m., with the following mem-bers present: Commissioner wolf, presiding, Commissioner wagner, Commissioner Menden, Commis-sioner Marschall, and Commis-sioner Ulrich.(2) Minutes:On a motion by Commissioner

tween the Scott County Sheriff’s Office Jail Division and Educorr, LCC allowing Educorr to provide online training related to the Prison Rape Elimination Act for the Sher-iff’s Office and other County staff as well as Scott County volunteers working in the Jail. D. Approve a Contract extension

boulevards after confirming the signs were placed without per-mission. The signs were placed in the police department’s stor-age garage at 12:41 p.m. for the owners to claim them.while investigating a separate

issue on the 100 block of North Meridian Street at 1:14 p.m., police discovered a man they were talking to was wanted on a Scott county arrest warrant. He was taken into custody.A man stopped at the police

station at 1:56 p.m. to report he’d been victimized by a scam. The man thought he was participating in a secret shopper program. The program was not legitimate.A man on the 800 block of

South Chestnut Street reported at 4:14 p.m. an attempted scam. A caller claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service de-manding immediate payment of a portion of taxes owed.Thursday, Sept. 18A woman on the 200 block

of North Grove Street called for medical help at 4:10 a.m. A man was transported to an area hospital.At 9:01 a.m., an officer re-
