myofficehub Leave Management is a web-based system that allow you to requests,
approve & receive leave confirmations online, thereby ensuring uniform leave policy
management throughout your organisation reducing the need for HR intervention.
see your leave summary & approvals in real-time,
get instant overview of all your leaves,
receive automated e-mails triggers,
set multi-level approvals,
define approval schedules as per your business requirement,
define approval hierarchy,
define leave types, rules, holiday list & work week, and
view various types of leave reports.

Request Leave
Log into https://www.myofficehub.com ‘Leave’ application.
You’ll be directed to Leave application.
(refer screenshot in next slide)

login credential
Request Leave

Dashboard
User information
Edit user information
Go to Leave application
Request Leave
Leave Request
– Submit your leave request.
Click “Request” icon.
You’ll be directed to the leave request form.
Enter your leave details:
•leave type,
•number of leave days,
•leave commencement &end day (if multiple),
•total days absent / total hours absent (if less than a day),
•comments (if any).
Then click “Apply” button.
(refer screenshot in next slide)
Submitted leave requests will:
get added in the Lave Request List (explained in Slide #9)
be notified to the Leave Approver as an Email message (explained in Slide #10)

Leave Request List
– List of all your leave requests.
Through this List:
•You can track the approval status of your leave requests, and
•Approvers can approve/decline the requests received.
Click “List” icon.
You’ll be directed to your Leave Request List.
Click “View” button to view the request details.

Email to Leave Approver
– Approval request email sent to Leave Approver.
The leave approver/manager receives the below automated email once leave request is
submitted.

Here, you can
Approve the leave request by clicking the “Approve” button provided, or
Decline the leave request by clicking the “Decline” button provided, or
Raise a question prior to approval by entering your query in the comment text box
provided & selecting staff to raise question to from the user dropdown list and clicking
“Ask Question” button.
Query entered will be sent to the recipient as an Email message.

Alternatively, Approver can approve the leave request directly through the Leave Request
List.
“View” button in the List takes you to the leave request details page (explained in previous
slide).

The response message will be sent to the requestor as an Email message.
Also, the approval status will get updated in the Leave Request List.

Leave reports specific to HR
Leave reports specific to Department Managers
Leave reports specific to individual users
Each of the above report types provides information such as:
Leave types,
Entitled days for each leave type,
Carry forward details,
Taken & balance days from each leave type.
