Over $50 billion in investment has been lost in the past 18 months. Despite the corresponding layoffs, we are still in the midst of a skilled labour shortage with

over 61% of Professionals in key segments currently less than 10 years away from retirement, and limited reserves to replace them. On top of that, Disruptive
