school through the action research process.

Discuss what you think teachers might really mean/ feel behind these phrases and statements.

With your partner write beside each category brainstorm ways that you could positively respond to these comments. How could you deal with this as a Lead Teacher?

There are resources on the wiki and you might use the curriculum teaching as inquiry page.

Think back to your concerns, research ways to solve/ deal with this concern.

You can use people resources, team up with another Lead Teacher and introduce together or book in time with Disa to come to help you introduce Action Research with your staff.

This is your time to do what ever is useful for you while you have each other as a resource.
