    A word used in place of a noun

    It must always go with an antecedent, which is thenoun for which the pronoun stands and to which it

    refers.

    For examples :

    Lisa gave the coat to Phil - She gave it to him

    Reflexive pronouns are identical in form to Intensivepronouns.

    Always act as objects not subjects, and they require

    an interaction between the subject and an object.

    Intensive pronouns are the same words used toemphasis the subject of the sentence are usuallyappear right near the subject of the sentence.

    It is different from Reflexive, because the pronoun canbe taken out and the sentence still make sense.

    For examples : I myselfam sick of the heat.

    The president himselfappeared at the rally.

    The actress herselfwrote those lines.

    A pronoun (such This, That, These, Those, none andneither) that points out a definite person, place or thing.

    They also indicate whether they are replacing singularor plural words, close or far, in space or time, from thespeaker in the moment of speaking.

    "This" (singular) and "These" (plural) refer to an object or person NEAR

    the speaker.

    "That" (singular) and "Those" (plural) refer to an object or person furtherAWAY.

    Who owns that house? (distant - physical )

    Is this John's house? (near - physical )

    That has nothing to do with me.. (distant - psychological )

    Indicates it is acting as a subject complement or asubject of the sentence and are very similar toPossessive Adjectives.
