Home- School Partnership:

-Take your child to the park and explore Nature with all its resources. Look at trees, compare the texture of the leaves, smell the damp soil,

-Let your child join you in the kitchen, you can both design a chef hat (toque) and get into the cooking action with a big smile.

-Organize a fun and messy soil sensory bin play date with your child. Examine the insects that live underground like worms, bugs, termites, etc.

Learning Corner: - Spring Insects and Bugs-Mother’s Day- Life Cycle (Plant, butterfly, frog)-Mother Earth (Native American cultures)

Summary of the Learning Experience in March:

“Tiny Seeds”:

March is the season of rebirth, by the end of the month, we’ll be planting our seeds and watching it grow all spring long!

“Little Campers”:

We are choosing the perfect spot to set our own tent in the LAU Campus. We’ll be reading stories under it and listening to the birds

“Yummy Butterflies”: Let’s put our chef hat on, because it’s time to bake, bake, bake some cookies together. We’ll be making butterfly cookies, lady bug cookies or any spring insects our little chefs can think of.

Professors, student teachers, and scholars come on regular basis to observe, implement, and collect data information for research purposes.
