LAME PER AFFETTATRICI BLADES FOR SLICING MACHINES

SLAYER BLADES Company was founded in1979, as creation of his owner’s competenceand passion. After the long experience hehad in the branch of moulds for slicing ma-chines, he decided to put his business ability into practice. The first location of the pro-duction establishment was in Albizzate (VA), then it was transferred to Oggiona S.Stefano (VA). The steady research and innovation al-low the company to obtain additional market shares, so SLAYER BLADES Company decides to build a recent plant in Casalbeltrame (NO), where the new manufacturing cycles are mo-ved in 1992.

SLAYER BLADES nasce e debutta sul mercato nel 1979, traendo origine dalla competenza e dalla passione del titolare che, dopo una lunga esperienza maturata negli stampi per affettatrici, decide di tradurre in realtà la pro-pria visione imprenditoriale. Il primo stabi-limento sorge ad Albizzate (VA); in seguito l’azienda si trasferisce ad Oggiona S.Stefa-no (VA). La continua ricerca ed innovazione porta l’azienda ad acquisire nuove quote di mercato . I nuovi cicli produttivi inducono SLAYER BLADES a costruire nel 1992 il nuovo stabilimento a Casalbeltrame in provincia di Novara.

Forgiatura Forging system

La tecnica di produzione nota con il nome di “metodo della forgiatura”, unita ad un rive-stimento in cromo speciale, conferisce alle lame elevate prestazioni, aumentandone la resistenza sia alla corrosione che alla perdita di tenuta del filo fino a tre volte rispetto alla media.L’obbiettivo che ci guida nella realizzazione delle nostre lame è quello di non compro-mettere la qualità del prodotto affettato.

The production method known as “FORGINGSYSTEM”, together with a special chrome co-ating, allows the blades to offer you highperformances, high resistance to the corro-sion and a longer lifetime of the cutting edge, up to three times more than the average. Our goal in manufacturing of our blades is to maintain the quality of the sliced product.

I vantaggi che offriamo sono tangibili e ga-rantiti dalle certificazioni dei materiali utiliz-zati ( 100Cr6 e C45 ) che ne garantiscono l’i-doneità all’uso alimentare.In risposta alle vostre esigenza produciamo lame rivestite in teflon (certificate Whitford), rendendo la lama antiaderente e adatta a tutti quei prodotti teneri e particolarmente viscosi.

The advantages that we offer are substantial and are guaranteed by the certifications of the materials that we use (100 Cr6 and C45),assuring their qualification for food employ-ment.In order to satisfy your requirements we pro-duce blades with teflon-coating (under WHI-TFORD - Certification), that makes the blade anti-adhering and suitable for soft and parti-cularly viscous products.

The company has at its disposal an up-to-da-te metallurgical laboratory, that is provided with vanguard instruments and equipments; these ones allow to carry out careful checks and highly accurate surveys to keep the top level of quality, as well as a methodical and efficient test of the production cycle.

Adatte a tutte le macchine per l’af-fettamento utilizzate a livello dome-stico e nella piccola distribuzione. La caratteristica fondamentale di que-ste lame è la cromatura che rende le lame perfettamente inossidabili nel tempo. Compatibili con i modelli dei maggiori brand mondiali.

Suitable to all slicing machines used in do-mestic branch and in small distribution chain. The strong point of these bla-des is the chromium plating, whi-ch makes them perfectly inoxidizable. Compatible with the major brands.

lame professionali Professional blades

Lame con alto rendimento di taglio, usate prin-cipalmente nelle grandi catene di distribuzione. L’inossidabilità è la qualità necessaria per evi-tare il deterioramento superficiale (pitting) e quindi la rottura della lama con conseguente inquinamento del prodotto. Per la fabbrica-zione di queste lame impieghiamo acciai spe-ciali e sinterizzati. In alcuni casi, per conferire una maggiore inossidabilità al prodotto, li sottoponiamo ad elettro-lucidatura chimica.

Blades with high cut efficiency, mo-stly used in big distribution chain. To avoid metal wearing and consequently food contamination, blades need to be inoxi-dizable. For our manufacturing we use special sintered steels and, for some working steps, we submit them to a chemical electro-poli-shing.

Lame sviluppate per un’altissima resa e ottimiz-zazione dell’affettamento a livello industriale. La lama rappresenta il cuore della macchina. Soprattutto nel settore alimentare, il taglio rappresenta un processo importantissimo all’interno della produzione del prodotto. Ogni fermo macchina incide notevolmente sul costo finale del prodotto affettato. Mac-china e coltello formano una unità di produ-zione e quindi è logico estendere la qualità e la durata degli utensili da taglio.

Blades developed for high output as well as for the optimization of the industrial slicing process. The blade is the heart of the machine. The cut is an extremely important step in the product line, where every downtime affects the final cost. Machine and blade form a production unit, so it’s vital to increase quality and du-ration.
