June Dance Recital Info 2016! This year's show theme is "Dancing Down Memory Lane…20 Years of In Sync"!

All recitals will be held at Milton High School. This is an exciting time of year - please ask questions!

FULL RECITAL TICKETS ON SALE STARTING MAY 9TH! MINI RECITAL TICKETS ON JUNE 1ST!

MINI RECITALS (minimoves, kindermoves and grades 1&2 dancers) **general seating and there is NO ticket limit. You take your purchased tickets home with you.

FULL RECITALS (grades 3 and up dancers) **assigned seating with NO ticket limit and a lottery for seating! Place your ticket order before May 27th to get entered into the lottery. Seats will be assigned and ready for pick up the first week of June. Shows have sold out in the past. Please purchase wisely & promptly. Ticket prices: $20 in advance ($22 cash only at the door if available)

PICTURE WEEK MAY 2nd - 7th Pictures will be taken during scheduled class times this week.

Please be ON TIME! Plan on being at the studio for about one hour to get your photos taken.

Students should arrive at their regular class time ALREADY DRESSED in their tights, recital leotard, hair in a bun, slight make up on and ready for

pictures! Our staff will distribute costume pieces upon arrival. Group AND individual photos will be taken at this time.

Combo classes will be taking ONE group photo (costume to be chosen by the teacher).

If you would like siblings in the same photo, bring all children to one class time and the staff will take care of you.

Photos will NOT be given out on picture day - they will be mailed directly to your home!

DVD's may be ordered at the same time as photos for a reduced price. Check the photo form! **remember that video is not allowed at the recital**

"DRESS REHEARSALS": Dancers should arrive with tights and leotard on, carrying all costumes, with make up and hair done. CURRENT MEMBER STUDENT PRIORITY REGISTRATION begins May 2nd! Fall 2016-2017 schedule will be available in studio and online. Registration will be open to NEW STUDENTS on Monday, May 23rd. Do your best to register before then for best class selection. Registration can be done in person, over the phone or ONLINE! Go to the In Sync website, click the "schedules" button and follow the

"REGISTER ONLINE" directions. Please be sure to find your online acct using the email on file. DO NOT CREATE A NEW DUPLICATE ACCOUNT! Please ask if you have any questions!

BACKSTAGE MOMS Each class in the FULL RECITALS will need volunteer moms to help their class backstage. **Class moms do not have to buy a recital ticket for themselves and WILL be able to see their children dance - use this to your advantage if you need more tickets!** Sign up at the front desk during picture week! Thank you in advance!!!!!! COSTUMES Leotards are being given out in April & are yours to keep. All other costume pieces belong to In Sync and should be left at the studio after picture day and the show. See the check-off list that was attached to your child's leotard for specifics on required tight and shoe color. BUNRAISER Company dancers will be running a "bunraiser" at all recitals and will be available to put your child's hair in a bun for $10.00 cash. If you would like an In Sync company dancer to put your child's hair in a bun, please arrive at the recital 45 minutes before show time. FLOWERS will be available for purchase at the Milton HS the day of the recital! Save yourself a trip and purchase your flowers when you arrive!

SPECIAL NOTES FOR ALL DANCERS

-Dancers must arrive 30 minutes prior to show time on recital day. Dancers will check in with the In Sync staff person in the lobby before heading to the dressing room.

-Dancers must arrive with hair and make-up done, tights and leotard on.

-Mini recitals typically last between 75 and 90 minutes.

-Doors will open 20-30 minutes prior to each show time.

-Following all recitals, all dancers will be released into the auditorium from the stage. After curtain call, In Sync staff members will help the dancers gather their belongings and bring them back on to the stage to be handed off to parents. The In Sync staff person who is in charge of your child’s class will need to see the proper adult for each child in order for your child to be released into their care.

Classes listed with (*) will be performing in both the 1:00 and 5:00 June 19nd shows. Your family will be assigned a show to purchase tickets for in order to keep order and avoid selling out either performance! Stay tuned

for that info closer to ticket time! Please take close notice of the dress rehearsal and blocking rehearsal

schedule on the front page of this packet. Rehearsals are mandatory for all dancers in grades 1 and up. Minimoves and Kindermoves classes DO NOT

have blocking or dress rehearsals. Attending their final In Sync dance classes during the months of May and June are vital to the dancer’s

confidence as well as communication about the recital details.
