Basic Recipe: 1/2 cup of oats 1/2 cup of liquid such as milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk Optional Flavor Additions 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup fruit 1/4 cup nuts Spices (usually cinnamon) 1 serving of chia seeds, flaxseeds, or protein powder A tablespoon of honey is a good natural sweetener 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Directions: Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir thoroughly so all the oatmeal gets moist.
