COMPANY POLICIES

Our policies define how we operate as a moral and ethical company. We

believe in ensuring openness and transparency within our operations and

relationships. To this end, we have developed policies setting out what can be

expected from us, and in return, what we expect from others.

We value the relationship we have with our employee and the success of our

business depends on every employee. Thus, the following components of our

policies were formed:

Hours of Work Policy

- Office hours are from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm

- Employees are expected to be within the company before 8:45 am

- Employees are obligated to report for each and every working schedule

on time, every time

Attendance Policy

- An employee is counted as absent if he fails to report on the scheduled

time and the absence has not been approved in advance as required by

the department

- Tardiness of employees

o An employee’s full shift is replaced by the supervisor in case of an

employee’s failure to report to work

o Unless with supervisory approval, an employee may leave work

earlier than his shift

o Employees are not allowed to take an extended meal time or

break period without approval

o A requirement for employees is to follow established guidelines for

recording their actual hours worked.

Leave of Absence Policy

- For a leave of absence to be valid, it must comply to the following:

o Authorize leave of absence from the Human Resource department

o A written request must be submitted and should include proposed

starting and ending dates for the leave period

o Personal leave of absence should not exceed 6 months for any

specific personal circumstance

Dress Code Policy

- Men should comply with:

o Long-sleeved shirt

o Tie

o Tailored sport coat

o Dress trousers (not khakis)

o Dress shoes

- Women should comply with:

o Tailored pantsuits

o Businesslike dresses

o Coordinated dressy separates worn with or without a blazer

o Conservative, closed-toed shoes

Overtime Policy

- An approval from the supervisor must be made in advance

- Employees may receive overtime pay at a rate of one and one-half times

or their regular pay for worked time in 40 hours excess per workweek

Termination Policy

- Grounds for termination include but is not limited to:

o Reporting for work under the influence of alcohol or controlled

substances

o Possession, use, sale or distribution substances within the company

o Theft in any way

o Harassment of any kind

o Creation of business documents, including resumes, and expense

reports

o Excessive absenteeism or tardiness

o Fighting on MOLECO Inc. premises

o Abuse of equipment in any kind

o Insubordination

o Gambling of any kind within MOLECO Inc. Premises

Open Door Policy

We are committed to provide the best work environment, where everyone’s

voices are heard and communication flows across all levels of the company. This

policy is implemented for a communication in an environment of trust and respect that

creates a solid foundation for growth, high performance and success.

It provides for a work environment where:

open, honest communication between managers and employees in a

day-to-day business practice

employees may seek counsel, feedback, or raise concerns within the

company

employees' input is welcome and advice is freely given

Rules of Conduct

- Employees should comply with the terms of their employment

- Employees should satisfactorily perform the instructions given for carrying out the function of

their employment

- Employees will treat guests and clients with respect at all times Never use foul words to

customers and colleagues

- Keep the workplace clean

- Bullying of individuals, in any form, is not permitted

- Employees must not behave in a way that brings or may bring the company into disrepute

- Employees will dress in a manner suitable for the workplace

- Shouting and verbal intimidation is also seen as unacceptable and will constitute gross

misconduct

- No employee will engage in a relationship (social, sexual or financial) with a client or ex-

client of the company for at least two years after their contact with the company has

ended.

- Wear a SMILE at all times!

Customer Service Policy

The employees must meet the needs of customers through professional,

courteous, and efficient service. Employees will have to:

- Treat all customers with respect and courtesy

- Listen to what customers have to say

- Personalize service to the needs and circumstances of each service user

where practical

- Always do what they say they are going to do, or update the

appropriate people promptly if things change, with proper explanation for

the change

- Respond to enquiries promptly and efficiently

- Consult customers about their service needs

MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAM

Rewards and Recognition

- The “Employee of the Month” will be given to the most outstanding

employee. He/She will enjoy the following rewards:

o Employee of the Month Certificate

o Free two tickets for an EAT-ALL-YOU-CAN buffet at The Port,

Waterfront Hotel

o 1 pair of converse sneakers (with their desired design)

- Employees will be given certain rewards on the number of years they

have rendered in the company
