Capstone Project
• The project is an opportunity to help and design a digital transformation for the organization for which you currently work for. You’ll
identify a roadblock or an opportunity which, if pursued, will have a major positive impact. This could be measured in raw financial
terms, e.g., through greater automation & digitalization reduced cost; or in a less immediately tangible way, e.g., a significantly
improved customer experience, and so on.
• Throughout the eight months, you’ll propose, gather support for, execute, and measure the results of the transformation by:
• Identifying and building a case for the digital change you propose
• Building a project plan and milestones for the work you’ll do
• Participants will present their projects on the delivery day – August 26, 2020
• Award ceremony for the projects will take place at the annual MoTC event – TBD
• Further details for the Capstone Project will be provided after participant selection
