Task 1 Reading into writing task
You are going to Brighton on holiday next month and want to visit Preston Park. Read the textbelow and then, in your own words, write a letter (approximately 75 words) to your Englishpenfriend saying:
i) what you are going to see and do at the park and
ii) inviting your friend to come with you.
This examination paper contains two tasks. You must complete both tasks.
Use your own words as far as possible. No marks for answers copied from the reading texts.
Attractions
The park has some beautiful flower gardens and manyold trees. There is also a lake with ducks and fish. Youcan have lunch in the picnic area and visit the animaland bird enclosure.
