Read and Accept Tool
Track and record which employees have read, queried
or accepted crucial communications. Our read and
accept tool also incorporates the ability to send
reminder emails to employees who are yet to read or
accept the message.

Employees can add a biography to their profile such as
career history and personal interests. HR administrators
can also build a list of important internal and external
contacts that the workforce can refer to quickly and
easily.
Custom Export Builder
Analyse the information that’s important to your
business. Our custom export tool enables HR
administrators to query data held in IRIS HR Pro and
export the results to Microsoft Excel in a CSV file. For
data that you analyse frequently you can save the query
to make it quick and easy to export the data in future.
Customisable Levels of Access
Administrators can easily control the access that
individuals and groups of employees have throughout
the HR system. Where they are authorised to do so,
managers can then view and amend details of other
employees, for example adding training or equipment
records against their direct reports.
Communication Tools
Our communication dashboard enables system
administrators to post messages to the whole
organisation or specific groups of employees. To ensure
important messages don’t get missed you can set these
messages to pop-up when an employee logs into the
HR system before they’re able to perform other tasks.
Administrators can also broadcast emails to specific
groups of employees and, with our mail merge tool,
create personalised correspondence directly from
employee data.
Generate Multiple Records Quickly
HR administrators can create records across multiple
employees, for example create a record of being issued
a laptop against 10 different employees in just a couple
of clicks.
Multimedia Panels
To help you communicate important information and
reinforce your organisation’s brand you can embed
media on the home screen of your HR system such as
videos, images, presentations and social media feeds.
Additional Employee Directory Tools
Employees can find details of their colleagues quickly and
easily by filtering the results of the employee directory
by country, location, team & department. You can also
display the employee directory in a tree or manager
format to better see the reporting structure throughout
the organisation.
Manager Dashboard
Provide an easy to understand, graphical dashboard
so that managers can see, at a glance, key information
about their team such as who is off, upcoming
birthdays, team headcount, FTE, absence duration and
costs.
Flexibility
Create, rename, hide and move fields in the personal,
contract and payroll tabs to ensure that the information
stored in your HR system is relevant to how your
organisation operates.
With the Pro version of IRIS HR you are also able to
customise certain elements of the HR software’s menu
