Highly flexible qualifications

Range of study options

What’s the difference?

Unlike any other institute, the Institute of Supply Chain Management is tailored around you and your employees!

IoSCM offers a unique learning method, which is adaptable around your employees’ experience, goals and what you would like them to achieve.

IoSCM is the only institute who provides two study routes:

• Academy• Flexible

The academy route allows students to study sectors and units chosen by industry experts who understand what your employees need to learn to ensure your business is efficient.

The flexible route allows students to study units from a variety of sectors. This is because we understand that not all roles are set in stone. For example, if your employee is working in a warehousing role which also involves aspects of purchasing you can study both warehousing and purchasing units. This means our courses are fully adaptable!

Both study routes allow students to learn what they need to, helping to achieve goals in a less time consuming manner, whilst enhancing industry expertise.

IoSCM also boasts the best support package on the market, with unlimited access to industry expert tutors, student support team and Course Specialists, plus much more.

Our students can take advantage of our monthly get togethers and engage with tutors in a positive and friendly environment, whilst receiving expert advice in the industry they are studying.

This is a great way of learning and gaining knowledge in a specfic field or area and is a support feature we have implemented for students who feel they need extra help.

Face to Face Meeting DatesMeetings are available on the last Monday of every month, excluding July and August and all UK bank holidays.

Face to face meeting dates are allocated on a first come, first served basis and must be booked in advance with your employees’ mentor.

Mentor Support

Unlike other training providers our students are provided with the valued service of a student mentor. This is one of the many reasons thousands of individuals have enrolled with IoSCM. They will provide a unique tailored package as individual as your employees. As their employee you can also coordinate their learning through their mentor.

The mentor is your one stop support system for any issues you may have. They are trained to ask specific questions to further develop your employees’ learning and are dedicated in their support.

As a highly qualified career development expert they will help maximise your employees’ potential via email, livechat and direct dial and are available to support the student when you or your employee feels they need it.

Support elements with this symbol are included in our premium support package.

InductionInduction calls are designed to introduce both you and the student to their mentors and allows you to ask any questions you may have before your workforce start their course.

EncouragementIf you are worried about the progress of your employee or they themselves feel they are struggling with any part of their course and would like some much needed motivation, look no further than the mentor. They will encourage your employees throughout their studies.

Additional Support ServiceThe mentor is there to ensure their students succeed, but you must access the support they are offering and involve them in your employees’ progress any time you or they feel the need for a helping hand.

“I would definitely recommend IoSCM to other professionals looking to study a qualification in supply chain management. IoSCM will broaden their knowledge and contact like minded people in the platform and to enhance their professional career.”

Questions & Answers

I live overseas, will this cause delays in receiving my study materials? From the date of dispatch your materials will usually take a couple of days to arrive, just as if you lived in the UK.

I can’t take calls during the day, will this be an issue? Not at all. Your mentor is flexible and will work around what time best suits you. Please email convenient times of contact and remember, we use variable forms of communication, so time frames are never an issue.

When can my employees start?Once you have enrolled your workforce they will be given log in details which will give them access to the online learning hub. Then the course can begin! When to study in entirely up to you and your employees, they can look around our online platform and familiarise themselves with all we have to offer and start their studies when you both feel they are ready.

How will the course be delivered? All of the studies will be completed online and without the physical restraints of classroom timetables and distractions from other students.

The beauty of IoSCM is that the course can be created around your needs, selecting chosen units depending on your workforce’s job role and current skills.

Your employees can input current expertise and blend all learning methods to suit their individual needs.

Can the studies be completed at any time?Yes. As IoSCM is a fully flexible learning platform, you decide when, where and what your employees study. There are no time limits so you can fit it around your current work and commitments. Meaning as a business if situations change leaving your employee with limited time to study, this can

be picked up when you feel they can go back to spending time studying. What are my payment options?Payments for our courses will need to be paid in full before you enrol on the course. That way you can start your studies knowing the cost of your course has been paid.

What happens after the studies are completed? After your employees have completed their studies with us they will be ready to enhance your workforce further and put the skills they have learnt into practice.

We will be here to support you after your employee has completed their course.

If you want to help further employees enhance their knowledge and expertise, remember we are here to help. We can advise you on the best way to support your employees’ development.
