In 2013-1Q, homes on average sold for

1.7% above list price. A year ago in 2012-

1Q, homes on average sold for 1.65% below

list price.

Listing Inventory Still Low.

Although active inventory increased 21.9%

from 2012-4Q to 2013-1Q, it is still -42.6%

lower than that of 2012-1Q.
