INTRODUCTION DOCUMENTATION AND FILING
Documentation and Archive matter was that main area that helped us make this project taught us many tools for physical and virtual files , develop ourselves in this because for us is because we learned more about it and we can do it as such in a company because we have the knowledge .
We learned how to be archived, sorted, protect documents, the types of files to, rules governing the archivist and the general archives of the nation that is where you store Office documents, virtual files and all that is done there, with this project we apply all of this to us is something important not only for a note but to be a little more competitive and updated.
The main function of the file is the record keeping, as the Act requires this setting conservation minimum periods during which your presentation may be required. These documents were preserved properly sorted and classified.
