ProcessOur uniquely tailored process reflects our philosophy of providing a sustained flow of soundly considered and

consistent information to the market, whilst maintaining and supporting contact with shareholders, prospective

shareholders and advisors. We believe that we are uniquely able to communicate to the investment community

in their language. The key to getting onto radar screens, boosting liquidity and ultimately enhancing the

Companys share price is to deliver a consistent, reasonable and well argued message to the market. That

message should articulate the growth profile of the business, its investment proposition, customer value

    proposition and competitive advantages.

RoadshowsOrganising presentations and briefings, seminars, site visits, one-on-one

meetings, conference calls and webcasts with the investment

community is critical to the Investor Relations process. These will typically be

scheduled after key announcements. Other events may also be considered

where a deeper insight into the companys operations and strategies may be

presented. Ongoing and maintaining communications with analysts, advisers

and the business media is a part of this process.

What can we do for ASSOB Companies?

Too often unrealistic promises are made by PR and communications companieswith outcomes not in line with expectations. Quite simply, not many groups really

understand the workings of capital raising platforms and the sharemarket and

how to deliver results in such a highly complex and often idiosyncratic

marketplace. In our experience, there is frequently a serious disconnect

between the investment community and the company. All too often, the

investment community does not understand the value proposition, purpose,

positioning and growth strategies of the company. We can help the company

provide clearly articulated, strategically sound presentations of its operations,

growth prospects and inherent value across the range of audiences, includingstockbrokers and analysts, advisors, investors, the mining industry, property

industry, the business community and the media.

    The Bourse Research Advisory Panel

Bourse Communications, as part of its overall suite of investor relations services, has beenproviding research and analytical services for a number of years as badged research under the

well known and respected brand, The Bourse Factor Research. The Bourse Factor Research has built a significant reputation in assisting many micro, small, medium and emerging companies to get onto the radar with brokers, analysts and fund

managers. Investors in 2010 and beyond are more likely to be looking for companies in this space

because of the outstanding value proposition, but may not be able to obtain meaningful and

comprehensive information. Generally, if a company has not yet reached a sufficient size to

enable broader sharebroker coverage it is very difficult to obtain this information in order to make

    informed investment decisions.

Until a company has reached a market capitalisation of at least $100 million or more, it is unlikely

that the company will be looked at by brokers and analysts for some time into the future. This

means that the early investment opportunity for investors into smaller companies is often missed.

As history shows us, micro and smaller companies can often prove to be outstanding performers

in the market on the way up, if they are identified early.

The Bourse Factor Research has been widely recognised as a valuable additional service to ourlisted clients and the research is often utilised by financial journalists as a reference source for

understanding the company and its position in the market. Research is a vital part of a suite of

products Bourse Communications provides to listed companies on the ASX looking for leadinginvestor relations services.

As part of our research process we have three of Australias most respected financial services

executives in the Research and Analytical Team at Bourse Communications.

Brent Mitchell, Senior Research AnalystBrent Mitchell has a record of success in the identification, analysis and selection of equities over

an extensive period in both funds management and sharebroking environments. He is backed by

excellent analytical, modeling and reporting skills from over 25 years experience in leading research

roles in a range of highly respected companies, both locally and internationally. Brent regularly

appears on the ABCs Lateline Business program, offering his insights on a range of listed

    companies.

James Dunn, Senior Research AnalystJames Dunn has a wealth of experience in financial journalism and commentary. He has consulted

as a freelance business journalist to leading broadcast productions and publications around

Australia, as well as having a lifetime of experience in personal investment, the financial sector and

    business media.

Glenn Woolley, Senior Research AnalystGlenn Woolley has had over 25 years experience in the financial services sector. He has held a
