Capacity Crossover Forecast for 2020

Approx. 15 to 20% media production overcapacity today• The increase in disks used in high-capacity

drives must offset reduction of disks shipped in lower tie-ratio mobile and desktop drives

• Crossover is forecast to occur in 2020• Near term tool sales will be for system level

technology upgrade programs
