we are currently looking for a:
Internship in Recruiting / HR full-time YOUR CHALLENGE: During your internship of 3-4 months you will strongly support the newly established HR department and help
us growing further. Assisting our Talent Scouts/Recruiters, your duties will encompass mainly the following:
§ Posting of job descriptions in different channels and direct search of applicants in relevant networks
§ Communication with applicants, coordination of appointments and participation in job interviews
§ Contribution to different projects in recruiting and human resources in general
§ Job- or project-related coordination and communication with all departments as well as the founders
YOUR PROFILE:
§ Student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar
§ Preferably first experience in Human Resources (university courses and/or internship)
§ Strong communication skills as well as an independent, organized and proactive way of working
§ Ability to work under pressure and enthusiasm for a dynamic, flexible working environment
§ Excellent German (native speaker proficiency) and very good English skills both written and spoken
§ Ready to be a strong part of the team and willing to work in or relocate to beautiful Linz (Austria)
