NEW INITIATIVES:
1. Teacher’s companion
A Teacher’s Companion Diary was launched by IQAC in June 2017.The official release of
Teacher’s Companion Diary was done by Principal Dr M Usman by handing over to Mr
Usmanali, College Management Committee Member. It is a personalised teacher planner
which helps to plan and implement professional career. The Diary helps to keep the teacher
organised with day-to-day teaching and administration tasks. This innovative teacher’s
companion is so unique that makes lesson planning enjoyable. It saves teacher’s valuable
time by assisting the teacher to be organised. It makes the teacher help in keeping the
records. The companion diary helps the teachers plan their lessons effectively and gives a
daily shot of professional development.
2. Mentor Mentee Diary
A new initiative launched by IQAC in the academic year is a Mentor Mentee diary which
facilitates the teacher student relationship in the institution. As mentoring plays a pivotal
role in the academic and professional development of a person , teachers are selected as
mentors. A proportion of 1:24 takes the mentor mentee ratio. The programme aims at
uplifting the standard of students by moulding them for a better future. The diary provides
the details like compatibility in between mentor mentee, the personal, academic and extra-
curricular activities of mentee. A mentor takes the responsibility of his mentees in his/her
academic career. It reduces the rate of drop outs and stagnation among students as the
mentor can intervene the academical and personal life of mentee at any moment. IQAC
aims at providing higher standard of education to the students through the new endeavour
of Mentor Mentee Diary.
Student Database:
Student database has been introduced by IQAC in the academic year 2016-17, continued in
