Part 3: CH340 Driver
Compatible Computer Systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 Please close the anti-virus software in your computer before installing the CH340 driver. Windows 10 system may prohibit driver installation, so you need to lift the restriction in
the computer first. 1. Install the driver ( software Driver CH340SER.exe )

2. Connect the control board to the computer with a USB cable first 3. View the COM number on your computer
• Windows XP: Right click on "My Computer", select "Manage", select "Device Manager".
• Windows 7: Click "Start" Right click "Computer" Select "Manage" Select "Device Manager" from left pane.
• Windows 10: Click "Start" Right click "Computer" Select "Manage" Select "Device Manager" or ''Universal Serial Bus Controller''.
• In the tree, expand "Ports (COM & LPT)"
• Your machine will be the USB Serial CH340 (COMX), where the “X” represents the COM number, for example COM5.
Part 4: Engraving with Spindle & Control with PC Use the USB cable for connecting computers.( Don't plug in the offline controller!) - Double clik : Grblcontrol software Candle
• Console window print ” [CTRL+X] < Grbl 1.1f ['$' for help]” If the connection is successful. • Console window print ” Serial port error 1: No such file or directory “ indicate that the connection is failed.

Status: Idle means the connection was successful. If it appears: Unknown, pls contact us.
How to run gcode-- 1> Click [open], Select the G code to run. 2> Click on the operation panel, move the spindle to the starting. Point of the engraving, so that the tool and the workpiece just touch. 3> Click [Zero XY] [Zero Z] Clear the XYZ axis coordinate. 4> Click [Send] running G code.
Part 5: Offline Controller
Notice: When using the offline controller, remove the USB cable from the PC. Offline controller and PC
cannot be used together.
Connect offline controller to PC via USB cable, and then copy the nc file from PC to offline.
Do not insert the SD card directly into the computer, otherwise the SD card may crash.
Offline manual controller can support spindle and laser engraving.

Part 6: Engraving with Laser & Control with PC Note: If you want to buy a laser head, be sure to buy a laser head that is compatible with this control board of 3018pro. Instruction: M03 stands for turning on the laser light M05 stands for turning off the laser light
After the laser lights up, you need to adjust the light spot to the minimum.
If the laser is not on, you need to enter in the command box: M03 S40 (the number S** can be understood as poweryou can also enter M03 S50 or M03 S100 ……)
After the adjustment is completed, import the picture or nc file for engraving.
