Dear Stakeholder, 2015 was another remarkable year for InfoFort. Our digital transformation strategy that we earlier started was well on track and we progressed heavily into the digital solutions space with further diversified our revenues. Moreover our sustainability driven culture allowed us to further contribute, create shared value, and use our technology for social good. Through an internal crowdsourcing exercise we designed our DNA, which represents what we all believe in and strive for. The DNA highlights our commitment to Confidentiality, Fairness, Justness, Equality, Transparency, Safety, Boundary-less thinking, innovation and experimentation and to nurturing and developing talent internally and externally. Furthermore and in spirit of our DNA, Gender Equality and Women Empowerment, we launched several initiatives to offer various benefits to our working mothers such as flexible hours, dedicated parking spaces, lactation rooms, paternity leaves in addition to extended maternity leaves, mother’s day and international women’s day holidays.

Our GreenBox initiative has also been growing and with more than 500 of our clients using it today. We also continued our commitment to youth empowerment through sharing our skills with marginalized youth and students. In line with this we also extended our support to Skillpowerment.com, the platform that connects youth with organizations for real market based skills transfer, and helped Skillpowerment expand into new cities. In 2016 we have key strategic initiatives that will further capitalize on our digital transformation strategy and will allow us to offer smart solutions to help our clients digitize, automate, modernize and eventually becomes as paper free as possible. We will keep transitioning and evolving to a technology company and to differentiating ourselves from traditional competition and to lead the way the industry is transforming. InfoFort has developed the cheques storage and management service to support financial institutions and the banking industry in managing the flow, disbursement, storage and digitization of cheques.

Document scanning, document capture and management are some of the electronic records management services that we offer. InfoFort does the scanning, indexing, document conversion and data capture either off-site or onsite for clients looking forelectronic document management.

Our extensive and large scale technical and project management expertise allows us to develop and maintain leadership within the document scanning, storing and management industry. Today InfoFort handles hundreds of millions of documents and images under its document storage, managementand scanning solutions. This covers documentconversion for documents, drawings, newspapers, books, OCR, ICR, micrographics. It also includes microfilm scanning, microfiche scanning and aperture cards, forms processing. This results in moving

hundreds of clients to a paperless office and in the implementation of an organized electronic archive system in different formats such as PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPG and others.

enVision, the leading Electronic Document Manage-ment System (EDMS) in the industry, provides a comprehensive solution for managing the creation, capture, indexing, storage, retrieval, and dispositionof records and information assets for hundreds of clients serving more than 200,000 users across the region.

The main objective of enVision EDMS is to enable the usage of un-configured information and documents from a single point in an electronic environment and easy-to-access way allowing multithreading. enVision EDMS supports different languages including English and Arabic and enables the capability to easily integrate with different local peripheral systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SAP or other ERP systems) and online data providers.

In order to accurately calculate our emissions, we use the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol which is developed by World Business Council for Sustainability Development (WBCSD) & World Resources Institute (WRI).

Relevance The greenhouse gas footprint of InfoFort accurately reflects the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the company.

Completeness The majority of sources of greenhouse gas emissions and related activities within the organization are reported and accounted for, and any exclusion is fully disclosed and justified.

ConsistencyConsistent methodologies have been developed and employed to allow for meaningful comparisons of greenhouse gas emissions over time.

Transparency Greenhouse gas information has been compiled, analyzed and documented clearly and coherently in order to allow auditors to evaluate its credibility.
