Dear Stakeholder, 2015 was another remarkable year for InfoFort. Our digital transformation strategy that we earlier started was well on track and we progressed heavily into the digital solutions space with further diversified our revenues. Moreover our sustainability driven culture allowed us to further contribute, create shared value, and use our technology for social good. Through an internal crowdsourcing exercise we designed our DNA, which represents what we all believe in and strive for. The DNA highlights our commitment to Confidentiality, Fairness, Justness, Equality, Transparency, Safety, Boundary-less thinking, innovation and experimentation and to nurturing and developing talent internally and externally. Furthermore and in spirit of our DNA, Gender Equality and Women Empowerment, we launched several initiatives to offer various benefits to our working mothers such as flexible hours, dedicated parking spaces, lactation rooms, paternity leaves in addition to extended maternity leaves, mother’s day and international women’s day holidays.

Our GreenBox initiative has also been growing and with more than 500 of our clients using it today. We also continued our commitment to youth empowerment through sharing our skills with marginalized youth and students. In line with this we also extended our support to Skillpowerment.com, the platform that connects youth with organizations for real market based skills transfer, and helped Skillpowerment expand into new cities. In 2016 we have key strategic initiatives that will further capitalize on our digital transformation strategy and will allow us to offer smart solutions to help our clients digitize, automate, modernize and eventually becomes as paper free as possible. We will keep transitioning and evolving to a technology company and to differentiating ourselves from traditional competition and to lead the way the industry is transforming.
