Spreaders

Using a special bearing design on this centrifugal arm significantlyreduced manufacturing costs. iglide® is also maintenance-free anddelivers high wear resistance.

Boat lifts

Packaging technology: Label feeding system

DryLin® T linear guides are dimensionally interchangeable with traditional re-circulating ball guides, but without the high costs. A furtheradvantage is the availability of a manual clamping mechanism.

Bottle sealing machines

This machine seals champagne bottles with corks, aluminum capsand wire braid. DryLin® R linear bearings are lubrication-free, whichis important in the food industry. DryLin® R is also impervious tothe frequent cleaning and chemicals seen by the machine.

Form/fill/seal machines

DryLin® linear bearings are used to guide the tools of this form, filland seal machine. The bearings are exposed to temperaturesreaching 248 degrees Fahrenheit and are self-lubricating. Thebearings are also resistant to the machine’s corrosive cleaningagents, which minimizes downtime.

Packaging equipment

Curtain wall louvers for stadiums

igubal® spherical bearings are used on the main assembly of these wall louvers. The bearings enable the slats, which are part of the wall louver,to swivel so airflow can be regulated inside the stadium. igubal® is maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant.
