They are here to assist you and are happy to help as are the stewards and security.Mark your tent to make it easily identifiable to you, make mental note of your surroundings and your nearest campsite security tower they are all numbered for ease. Look out for each other you’re all neighbours albeit for a weekend. No glass is permitted on site - there is a glass bottle exchange outside of red campsite. BE SAFEBE DRINKAWAREIf you consume too much you may not be able to remember where your tent is, the campsites are large. Drink water in between alcohol and stay hydrated, we want you to remember your great weekend.

LEGAL HIGHS / PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES Don’t be fooled by the marketing. Just because it says it’s legal on the packet doesn’t make it safe. They can have short and long term health effects. The risks are increased when mixed with other drugs or alcohol. They are often sold as plant food or bath salts as they cannot be sold for human consumption this which has enabled sellers to get around the law. You can’t really be sure what’s in them or what effect they are likely to have on you. We know many have been linked directly to emergency hospital admissions and in some cases, deaths. Want to know more? Talktofrank.com or call 0300 123 6600. These substances like illegal drugs are banned from the festival so please don’t bring them. You may be searched by security or the Police as a condition of entry to the festival site. Please use common sense when deciding what to bring. Anything illegal, prohibited from the festival or considered offensive will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the festival site.Look after yourself and those around you. If you feel unwell you can visit one of the first aid points which

are signposted in the arena and the campsites or visit the Welfare Area or The Samaritans are also on hand if you wish to just talk. If you take medication please let your friends know and remember to bring it with you. There are areas inside the festival site which are designated no smoking areas. Please adhere to the signage in these areas or you may risk a fine from the local authority.
